Stayed 3 nights for a wedding. The staff was excellent. Very polite and courteous. They seemed to do everything in their power to make sure we were comfortable. We traveled down to see family, there was 8 of us which included my wheelchair bound Mom, the employees were wonderful and the manager too. I slipped and fell in the tub when showering. The tub was so slippery that it was impossible not to slip-slide around. Our youth group stayed there this past weekend april 3-4, and it was a wonderful experience, the staff was pleasant, the group sales coordinator, Clarizza Baldonado was exceptional, the rooms were just lovely, the atmosphere was simply breathtaking and the facilities were amazing. The entire hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating in every way. The manager made sure that all of our needs were met.
