This is definitely the worst place we've stayed in. We had hundreds of bugs, crawly and flying things invade our room at dusk. The kids were crying that they wanted to leave. The Mai's cleaned our room again and stuffed towels under our door. The dining hall wasn't any better, it was open, so mosquitoes and bugs everywhere. The whole... More

I stayed here as part of a trip through Vietnam and found it to be one of the most unique places I stayed. Not necessarily for its facilities (basic to say the least, but more than adequate. I stayed in one of the long houses and at £9 a night had it to myself. It's simple but does the trick.... More

We stayed here for one night during our 3-day tour with Scimitar Easyriders. When we first walked into the room we found it was not surprisingly bad, since we usually stay at budget places. But when we found out about the price, we were quite shocked. The room was old, dirty (mouse/rat poo under and behind the bed), the doors... More

Would be rated lower but for the superb lake view and great local cultural show. Do not miss this local show and great hospitality by participants. Get here before it is spoilt. Pros View over lake Cons Bit of a dump with poor rooms. Worst we stayed in Vietnam. Bed very firm! Food just adequate A local 'Guide' is required... More

In its hey day it must have been special but now it is completely run down. After a great but damp day of riding on a motorcycle, we arrived and looked forward to a "resort." This place was a big disappointment. When entering the room-paint peeling off the walls, musty smell, 1 skinny "duvet" that was filthy and stained, rust... More

This resort could really need some general upgrade. It was a great coffebar close by where the lokal people came for food and a coffe/beer, but the main facilities are worn down. If you should stay here I recommend that you go to the top for a great view of the sunset and the surrounding area. The place other than... More

The hotel is a little run down, it was ok not really bad but could of been better but staying here was one of the highlights of our trip not the hotel but the cultural show that the hotel provides as a package deal is truly amazing the show is in a traditional hut and includes the local wine drunk... While set in a prime location near the water, this place lacks some serious love from an owner who is dedicated to his profession and wants only the best for his guests. Reception has the charme of an airport immigration desk, facilities are not at all maintained properly while the rooms are just fine but at a rate of 700k... More

What happened to this place? Should be beautiful ,but it's really seen better days. (I visited here about 5 years earlier and it was much better.) Rooms were filthy with bugs and insects everywhere. Food at the restaurant was AWEFUL (think instant noodles and nasty meat or vegetables). Quite unfortunate, because the surrounding area is off the charts stunning. Also... More

Location near the lake is beautiful. You will sleep in little houses, which are looking nice from the outside. However, the inside is unpleasent. The gecko's are okay, but the rat poo is disgusting. Our friends had actually a rat their room. Despite this, we had to pay for the one bottle of water we took. In the restaurant a... More
