My husband and I stayed here as a getaway from our kids. The house is stunningly beautiful and Gail is awesome. She is so friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious and the house is so cozy! I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to everyone looking for some relaxation.

Enjoyed a quiet and relaxing Sunday night stay at Roseledge with my daughter. Gail was a gracious hostess and made us feel welcome and comfy in this lovely , historic home. A delicious breakfast awaited us prior to our departure and was served in the dining room by a nice, crackling fire. Thanks so much, Gail!

My husband and I stayed at the Roseledge Inn when attending Fall Weekend at nearby Connecticut College over Columbus Day weekend. The historic farmhouse offered comfortable and cozy lodging. We also enjoyed two delicious, homemade breakfast prepared by the innkeeper Gail. A beautiful Inn that is a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of city life.

On a lovely September day, a small group of friends went to Preston Ridge Winery (which was fabulous!) and we decided to have a late lunch at Roseledge Inn on our ride back home to Massachusetts. I had advised the Innkeeper Gail that one of the ladies in our group had a sensitivity to onion and garlic when I booked... More

Garden Teas are served in the gardens here at Roseledge, and it was a lovely day! As an organic gardner/farmer, it is against my beliefs to use pesticides on my property to control summer bugs outside. Honey bees are in decline as a result of over use of chemicals, and with out them well quite frankly we would not be... More

A must if you love B&B's! The home is historic, lovely, relaxing, beautiful and we felt comfortable the moment we pulled in the driveway. Gail is a gracious hostess and she welcomes you so generously to her home. She creates a beautiful balance of a friend and caretaker, knowing when you wanted to chat or be alone. Not to mention... Gail was a very lovely host. We really enjoyed the inn and all the grounds. We were surrounded by nature with lots of bunnies, chickens, and beautiful gardens. The room was very comfortable and private. Gail made very good breakfasts. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing experience.

We had a very relaxing stay in a lovely environment: home-baked snacks, a charming garden to enjoy them in and a friendly cat. Close to wineries, and a short scenic drive to picturesque Stonington. We're planning a return visit already!

Gail has created an oasis. Her gardens surround the property, fragrant & beautiful to view from the porch, from the sitting room, and surround outdoor seating areas. She constantly surprises guests with scrumptious snacks & treats. Gail is an artist in all things, food, beautiful presentation - tirelessly attending to all, & hosting with a low key, homey feeling. Her... More

The property was very nice and breakfast was very good. They had snacks, homemade cookies and cupcakes for us upon arrival, but the intake host did not explain they were for us, nor did she explain much about the house or the property. Seemed like the main hostess was away, but the other two women were vey pleasant. I know... More

The room had everything I needed. The location was great for the places I wanted to visit. Gail made me feel as though we had known one another for years. Very personable and top notch service. Beware, Gail is a fabulous cook and baker, you may add a few pounds to the scale.
