All I wanted was a clean room for the night. The room seemed clean but there was a strange stain on the carpet near the heater that made me uncomfortable. The room was "handicap accessible" which meant that the bathroom was big, but there was almost no room around the bed. There was no closet and I had to push... More

Dear Mardovar, Thank you for taking time to provide us with a detailed review of your stay. Allow me to apologize on behalf of our hotel for failing to meet your expectations regarding carpet stain and breakfast selection. As of this response, I can verify that there are no stains near the heater in all three handicap accessible rooms. Additionally,... More

A very nice place to stay. Comfortable and clean, very convenient, they have free continental breakfast but we ate outside most of the time. There are restaurants and fast food around the hotel. The hotel is very close to Waterbury.

I stayed here for a month, due to business. Stephanie, and the entire staff were great !!! Very informative and helpful to my needs. This hotel was very clean & my room was thoroughly cleaned every single day I stayed there . Large comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator in the room. Worst experience ever. Dirty wet towels, heavy urine stains under toilet seat, dingy pillow covers, and worst of all, dried semen on the blanket. They said they were short staffed and apologized. I booked them through Expedia. I will make sure I pay close attention to the star ratings next time and pay a little more for a better experience.

Pet friendly. Good accommodations for two and four-legged guests. Clean room, clean bathroom, decent basic breakfast & friendly service. Adjacent to movie theater and Dunkin' Donuts with the "Mini Diner" a very short walk away (also recommended). Good area for pets conveniently provided. Not fancy but better than basic & a good value for the money. We will stay here... More

I've recommended this hotel before and yet again it was a great stay. Sid and Alex and "Mom"..who I think is the real boss actually. All great and always smiling and accommodating.. That is the meaning of hospitality.. I had a different room this visit and loved the new rug and AWESOME TV. The housekeeper saw me coming in and... More

Generally a decent, clean hotel but needs handicapped access in front of building and not in the rear where one has to walk extra to get to lobby. Staff was excellent; room was clean, had micro, wifi, refrig and TV. Coffee maker worked but made only one cup and had to ask for 'fixings'. Bathroom terribly small, barely room to turn... More

The actual motel is standard for Econo Lodge in the Eastern States-provides all the major needs for a basic motel in this price range-good tv & wifi. I have stayed at many motels in this price range while traveling the Eastern States this October, but this is the first where I have encountered bed bugs. I have travelled the world... More
