This hotel is reasonably priced and includes a free breakfast buffet as well as featuring an 8 foot deep indoor pool. The rooms are oversized and many contain 2 king size beds. My wife and I have stayed here more than 50 times while visiting our son at Vista. The staff is generally helpful and accomodating. More

Was at this hotel this past weekend visiting relatives with my husband and 2 children. Concierge was extremely helpful. I needed directions to get to my relatives house, the young man behind the desk knew exactly how to get us to where we needed to be. He also suggested some great restaurants that we could go to near by with... More

We went to this hotel because we had no power at our house for one week and this was the first hotel we found a room. I understand they were busy because of everybody looking for a hotel but the hotel staff was extremely rude! The hotel is in desperate need of renovation and it is just not clean. We... More

Don't bother calling!!!!! The ladies at the desk are rude, rude, rude and mean. It's like you are bothering them when you call and ask for info. It's their job! Never in my life time have I had to be subjected to such a feeling like you are imposting on the ladies personally. They actually hang up and never say... More

When I first walked into the comfort inn I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room. However upon settling in a musty odor appeared. Kept smelling it all night long. Not sure if it was heater or something else. Bathroom floor did not appear to be all that clean either. However the rest of the room appeared clean. More

My wife and I stayed at this Comfort Inn on the night that the Halloween snow storm hit the Northeast. The hotel lacks a covered entrance so I got soaked registering and getting the luggage out of the car. The room was large but badly in need of renovation. Mold could be seen on the ceiling at the point of... More

We stayed overnight because we were without power after the freak October snowstorm. It served the purpose of providing us with shelter and hot water but not much more. We got to the hotel at around noon to see if we could check in early -- never had a problem with that before. The woman at the front desk was... More

The Comfort Inn appeared to be an older hotel that was renovated. Everything was fairly new, clean and tidy. The room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot, a nice extra. The heater was the old style under the window. The staff was very pleasant. It's not a five star hotel but appeared to be the best value in... More

I travel to the area on business about every 6 weeks and I have found this location to be extremely accommodating. I stay at this location for a number of reasons, most important is that they are located right off the highway and if you're returning late at night like I do, it is nice to be able to get... More

Acceptable Points - We arrived and were greeted by a friendly front desk clerk. Rooms were clean. Now offering hot breakfast with eggs sausage etc. Workout room seemed small and was limited with machine options but doable. Unacceptable points - After settling in went to the pool. It was ok. Could use some cleaning up and sprucing up. Sauna was... More
