A pit. Overpriced, cramped, worn out; internet didn't work in the rooms. Obviously being run to maximize cash flow and to put as little money into the property as is conceivable. Paid $99-$150 a night for a room -- outrageous. The carpeting in the hallways was held together -- literally -- with packing tape. The place is a disgrace. more

From making the reservations, to the time of check~out, everything went completely smooth. The manager at the front desk was very helpful.. from my initial phone call on. We have stayed here before, during and after the renovations and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds are pillow top and so very very comfortable. I can't believe the changes they made here. I stayed a few years ago and it really needed renovations. What a great job they did. It looks like a brand new place! Hotel needs to update the pics on this website. more
