The Hyatt is conveniently located off of Route 95 in Greenwich Ct. There is valet parking available at check-in or you can self park. There is a fee for parking but it was included for guests of the wedding. The rooms were spacious and very clean . The customer service was top-notch. There is a nice restaurant on premise but... I've stayed here several times and continue to go back since it is convenient to where I need to be but, out of all the Hyatts I've visited, this one falls short. The beds are too soft but just in the middle so it hurts my back when I wake up and the towel baskets in the bathroom are so... More

We booked a two night stay for a wedding in Greenwich and we were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. We had drinks at the bar and lunch in the restaurant and we enjoyed both events. I would recommend the Hyatt if you are going to Greenwich.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency in Greenwich for only one night in July 2015. A friend and myself took a short car ride there as a getaway from work! It was the best thing we could have done. We decided to get the Regency Club option which allowed for access into the Club – Hors D’oeuvres, continental breakfast, snacks and... More

I stayed here for a business trip, the goods: Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. I was told I would have an Atrium view room, upon arrival that didn't happen. No big deal.. I requested a fan to muffle the noise from the other rooms, I was told one would be sent up immediately, no big deal, about two hours... More

We came to Greenwich to visit a friend, who told us to stay here as it was the closest (and only) option. Having to pay for parking in this neighborhood is ridiculous and it felt like we were being gauged. The beds were too soft; we sank into the middle.

I am a fan of Hyatt Hotels. So far, I cannot recall a stay at a Hyatt brand hotel that disappointed. Two weeks ago, hubby and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Connecticut. We had stayed at this hotel in 2011, and we loved it. We equally loved our recent stay. Why did we love our stay here?... More

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at this hotel. Rooms always clean...service very good. Especially enjoy the Breakfast Buffet consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bakery items, deli items, waffles, pancakes, and on the weekends an omelet station. Really just about everything you would want in a breakfast. Sitting out in the lush lobby with greenery... More

I guess any reservations I had about this hotel stem from other guests rather than the hotel or its staff. Woken late and early by other guests children rampaging up and down the corridors. Even in adjacent rooms they were loud enough to wake me. As I say, thats more about thoughtless guests - the hotel itself is very well... More

My daughter and I have made it a tradition to go to this hotel once or twice a year for quality time. The atrium is beautiful. Definitely stay on the Regency Club Level. The morning and evening food and drink there are worth the extra expense. Ask for a room facing the atrium. The pool is always warm and clean.
