Let me start by saying I got the room for $60/night on Priceline, so that will certainly color my review some. The room I stayed in was very nice. I was booked into a room with two beds via priceline, but they allowed me to switch into a king bed room which was great. The bed was comfortable. My room... More

Good Evening, Thank you for providing us with feedback of your recent stay. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that our front office team was able to accommodate you with a king bed instead of the booked double. Moreover, I am glad you were pleased with your guest room and felt comfortable during your stay.... More

Initial impressions were good. The set out is quite unique, and gives the place a nice feel. The staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable. I used the Regency club facilities for breakfast, and it was nice to have a small relaxed place to meet for breakfast. I also used the complimentary shuttle service which was really nice to... More

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. It's a beautiful hotel near Stamford. The problem is as one reviewer said you can't look out of the window to the outside but to the inside atrium bar and restaurant. The windows that do point outside is a lovely view of the parking lot. We were looking to rest for the weekend... More

Very nice rooms and incredibly nice staff. I was here for an annual event and everything was great. On this trip I learned that this was the former home of Conde Nast (Glamour, Vogue, Town & Home, etc.) print facility and given the show I was attending was a Document show it added a little to the venue.

Stayed for a work event. Decent hotel to stay for business. At check in was able to purchase access to the Concierge's lounge for $15 a day. Included continental breakfast each morning and appetizers and wine during happy hour and desert hour for late night. Well worth it. My room's AC was off and on, with it shutting off on... More

Avoid this hotel if possible. The rooms encircle a glassed in atrium, which looks nice. However, the restaurant and bar are in the middle, and you hear every drunken conversation all night long. Rooms were not clean and were oddly arranged. A place to avoid if possible

Room was very clean and comfortable. All staff I encountered were friendly. I was there for a business trip and very satisfied with most everything. The only complaint is being able to hear every conversation in the next room but at least it didn't get loud and I was able to sleep. It was weird more than anything. Overall a... More

Expensive but good place for meetings. The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you can hear every hallway conversation. The service was excellent. Don't blame the noise on the staff. one hours north of Logan airport.

I am mystified by so many positive reviews on this hotel. It's loud (the elevator sounds like it's IN my room) and it's not comfortable. The beds are hard as a tent floor and the room is not very clean. I'm on the 4th floor in an "upgraded" room which means I get a tube of toothpaste and a soap... More

Spent a weekend visiting family. Arrive at the Hyatt to find a $22 per night valet parking fee. We had reserved a Deluxe Room and it was #3148. Riding up in the elevator, we noted a sign on the elevator doors. Something to the effect of "respect quiet hours from 10pm to 6am." The room was large, with 2 queen... More

Good Morning, I would first like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with such a detailed review of your recent stay with us. I am very sorry to hear that your stay was not as ideal as you or I would have hoped. A bathroom cleanliness oversight is certainly not our housekeeping department’s standard, but I... More
