Love this hotel, and especially the folks that work there. Checked in early Sat evening, hotel was a madhouse, sold out, raining cats and dogs -- folks there for the Bob Seger show at Mohegan Sun that evening. The staff was calm, friendly, helpful and KIND. Scheduled us for the shuttle that evening, to and from. "Stormin Norman" the shuttle... More

Check-in was quick and easy. Stayed in a plush king size room with a jacuzzi which was amazing. The complimentary shuttle was a nice touch to Mohegan Sun Casino. The food selection in the lobby was decent and there are snacks for purchase after the cafe closes all night long. Check out was smooth as well. Will stay again if... More

Stayed here 1 night on a business trip. Lobby area is nice and comfortable to sit with colleagues for business or social time. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff at the desk was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located right off of i395 and also to rte 2. There is a nice italuan restaurant next door with good food... More

If you find this helpful please click helpful below. This is your traditional Courtyard Marriott. The hotel has been updated for the most part. The rooms are fairly small, there are some newer upgrades in the rooms. Left some to be desired. Showers are old school, carpet is older, some trim and lighting is older which makes the room a... We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Norwich for one night. This was due to our attending a late night concert at Foxwoods Casino and not wanting to pay $300 for the overnight visit. We checked into the Marriot at 5pm without any difficulty and stayed on the second floor. The location of the hotel in a minute off of... More

We just stayed the night, and the room was OK, but nothing special. We went to make some coffee with the coffeemaker that was in the room, but it did'nt work. We called front desk and they are, very nice and changed the coffeemaker very quickly. The beds are just OK, again nothing special. Overall I can't give this hotel... More

I always look forward to staying at a Courtyard. Usually the experience is consistent and pleasant. Sadly so, not this time. Check-in and getting settled was no problem, as usual. It's after that things started downhill. Within a day our room keys no longer functioned, necessitating a trip to the front desk after a long day of fall color sightseeing.... More

This hotel is convenient to the Casinos in Connecticut and has the amenities and all the comforts you would expect from a Marriott; a clean spacious room, a comfortable bed, and a restaurant and lounge. My only comment is that I wish that Marriott would keep their lounge open later and their restaurant open throughout the day. The kitchen in... More
