Very nicely updated business hotel, conveniently located near I-95. I have stayed here at least 10-times. Our company - I am a Partner - holds sales meetings and board meetings at the hotel about 2-3 times a year. Rooms are comfortable - not large - but well furnished. Ask for a larger King Renovated Room. Or even better, the Hotel... More

Together with my family, we had the opportunity of staying at the Norwalk Inn during our last visit in the area. Extremely friendly environment and a very helpful staff. It is apparent that the Inn, recently, had a total renovation which gives it a fresh and beautiful look. Very large rooms with all the amenities and dining area with a... More

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. It's clean. It's reasonable for the price. Reminds me of European hotels -- dark and cold. Breakfast was poor. It was surprisingly quiet which I liked. Fair for the price.

I stayed at the Norwalk Inn when visiting CT on business. The staff were very friendly and found the courtesy bus they run from Monday-Fridays very convenient. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Connecticut.

We have stayed there on 3 separate occasions when visiting our daughter and her family in Norwalk. We were just there for one week over Christmas. The Inn is lovely and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. They have a bar, restaurant, outdoor pool and small workout facility. No hot tub. Pool is seasonal, so an outdoor hot tub would be... We stayed one night, in two bedrooms. One of us needed a handicap-equipped bathroom, so we were given rooms on the first floor. The rooms were pretty basic; each room had a king-size bed which filled up most of the available space. (The person in our party who used a walker could not use her walker in the room, because... We were here on a business trip and stayed in one of their new suites in the refurbished historic house on the property. They have done an amazing job making the suites very comfortable with nice furnishings. We were able to have most of our meals in the suite. The first night, we had a problem with the bed air... Enjoyed the Norwalk area. Easy access off highway. Front desk offered different suggestions to our needs. Quiet for sleeping. Clean. Pool. Would stay again when passing thru area. Great town to hike, explore.

This is a lovely place to stay in Norwalk. Close to the highways and route 1 but far enough to be quiet. Nice size rooms, comfy new bedding, frig with water, free internet, great free breakfast and even a tv in the bathroom! Whats not to like? It was even less expensive than the corporate rates I could get at... More

While the staff is nice, the walls are thin, there is construction, the waiters are very slow and the wifi was out for 3 hours monday morning. It is conveinent to I-95 and downtown norwalk. There are also alot of events there which contributes to the noise and congestion. The night we arrived there was no place to park in... More
