My wife and I spent an evening here this past weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many B&B's in several of the New England states over the last 30 years. The Manor house brings you back in time however that must be what you are looking for to enjoy your stay. There are no "frills"... More

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay if you like historic and well preserved inns. The room we chose for our anniversary stay was the Spoffard room, the original master bedroom of the manor. It was fantastic, giving a warm feel as we walked in, with dark wood wainscoting, Tudor style windows, a working wood fireplace, window seat and... More

This house is beautiful. It is on a quiet and lovely street a short jaunt off the main road, so there is no traffic noise. The house is a very large Tudor style built in 1898, with most of the decor keeping to period. It is spacious and well designed inside, with a wonderful grand staircase to the bedrooms upstairs.... This B&B is a big Victorian house in a lovely setting on a quiet street, 5 minutes away from the center part of this small town. Quite impressive as you drive up. The innkeeper Holly was very personable, gracious and helpful. She showed us around and told us some of the history of the house. Our room was on the... More

The Manor House is an absolute architectural gem. I had stayed there only once before many years ago and was struck all over again by the magnificence of this gracious old manor house-a dramatic stairway, stained glass windows, beautiful wainscoting and moldings and on and on. Holly is a very warm and helpful innkeeper. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with... More

Visited Norfolk for 6 nights for the annual Yale music festival. We stayed in the lovely and spacious Victorian Room at the Manor House. This wonderful old property is such a nice place in which to relax including reading in the library or conservatory, with a glass of wine to hand. Holly, the innkeeper, was a wonderful, attentive hostess as... More

I stayed here for one night when I attended a wedding in Southfield MA. I was very surprised upon arrival as the B&B was not what I was expecting. I was greeted by the hostess and she provided a tour of the house along with the amenities (coffee, wine and snacks). The rooms were very inviting and each one unique.... More

We stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast on our recent visit to a concert at Infinity Hall. What a treat, the home is lovely and all the rooms are well appointed and decorated beautifully. Holly, the innkeeper, was a treat and very friendly. She gave us some history of the home and told us it was originally a summer... More

20 minute walk to Infinity, use shortcut thru town garage parking lot. We were on 3rd floor that had a bathtub the size of a pool. They serve a full hot breakfast made to order. There are some very nice reading areas inside; we did not explore the grounds because it was cold. We preferred this inn over the other... More

For history and architecture buffs, the Manor House is a dream . . . an EK Rossiter designed Victorian Tudor that is quite unique, and spellbinding as a B&B. Victorian flourishes can be seen in the many beautiful stained glass windows and the lovely porcelain tile fireplace in the breakfast dining nook. The cozy village of Norfolk also boasts one...
