Like most guests, we stayed overnight for a concert at Infinity Hall. The innkeeper was congenial and pleasant, but because it was such a busy night/morning, we did not get any real 1:1 time like other reviewers did. Our room was large with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and tub were also spacious, but the pine board paneling and... More

This inn and the Town of Norfolk is worth the drive to the northwest part of Connecticut! You step back in history the minute you arrive. This beautiful inn was built in 1898 and has amazing details, like Tiffany stained glass windows -- in the Inn, but also in the town library! Innkeepers Sheila and Richard are welcoming hosts and... The Manor House is less than a 5 min walk away from Infinity Music Hall. Made attending Robert Cray so much more enjoyable - did not have to drive back to Hartford area late at night and got to enjoy food and drink. The innkeepers, Richard and Sheila, are charming and gracious. Upon arrival, was offered a nice glass of... More

We stayed here in order to be close to Infinity Hall where we were attending a show. The show was fabulous but this Inn was even better. The common rooms are beautiful, breakfast was fabulous, and our room was a wonderful haven. We loved the fireplace and the plush robes.

My husband and I spontaneously went away for two nights for some much needed alone time while grandma watched the kids. The English room was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom with whirlpool tub was great. The fire was always going in the great room. Every room was cozy. There was always wine, water, coffee and tea... Stayed this past weekend to see a show. Location is in residential area but short walk to town. Holly and staff very accommodating. Inn is comfortable but in need of repairs. Room was comfortable but in need of updating, ex: wallpaper off and cracks in walls and bathroom updates. Relaxing atmosphere and great location to Infinity Hall!

My wife and I spent an evening here this past weekend to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We have stayed at many B&B's in several of the New England states over the last 30 years. The Manor house brings you back in time however that must be what you are looking for to enjoy your stay. There are no "frills"... More

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay if you like historic and well preserved inns. The room we chose for our anniversary stay was the Spoffard room, the original master bedroom of the manor. It was fantastic, giving a warm feel as we walked in, with dark wood wainscoting, Tudor style windows, a working wood fireplace, window seat and... More

This house is beautiful. It is on a quiet and lovely street a short jaunt off the main road, so there is no traffic noise. The house is a very large Tudor style built in 1898, with most of the decor keeping to period. It is spacious and well designed inside, with a wonderful grand staircase to the bedrooms upstairs.... This B&B is a big Victorian house in a lovely setting on a quiet street, 5 minutes away from the center part of this small town. Quite impressive as you drive up. The innkeeper Holly was very personable, gracious and helpful. She showed us around and told us some of the history of the house. Our room was on the... More
