We stayed here for the week on June 21 to the following and day and it was a great place to stay. Very clean, the staff was very nice. Conveniently located. We walked across the street to the beach. Best of all it was clean and it smelled nice.

Not overly fancy and a bit dated, but a wonderful location in an interesting seaside town. Clean, comfortable, large rooms. Walking distance to pretty much the entire town and attractively priced. I would definitely stay there again!

We had to make a very last minute trip to Niantic and called several places - some only rented by the week (Morton House), and some were not friendly to kids under 12 (The Inn at Harbor Hill), - and Fourteen Lincoln St. wasn't open until June 14th or so. So with great trepidation, especially after reading the reviews on... More

Not the Ritz, not by a long shot, but the Niantic Inn is a great deal, not only because of the price but because it is right in the middle of a great little town. Because of the great location, you can walk to the beach. You can walk to the restaurants and all of the neat little shops, delis,... More

Convenient location and very friendly staff. If arriving after about 6 pm, be sure to ask where your key will be left as the office is not always open. The room was well sized with a king bed, a large sofa, table, chairs, microwave and small fridge - this was the studio, not the efficiency. Complimentary WiFi provided as well... More

After reading alot about this inn , we finally stayed there. It's not the marriott, but is very nice for a small hotel. Our room was a studio ,very spacious with nice large windows, comfortable. The main draw was location. We parked the car at check-in and didn't start it till check-out. We walked to the beach, the restuarant ,ice cream store... More

I can't say enough nice things about our stay. The rooms were very clean and large. There are a few places within walking distance to get breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The beach is across the street. When we arrived we met the owner, and he made us feel right at home. His suggestion for dinner was spot on.

I was with a friend sailing down the New England coast and needed one night ashore while repairs were made. Was able to get a room on short notice and a decent rate. The room was large & clean, the place has a laundry and I had a good night's sleep. The Inn is located "downtown" and it's an easy... More

Stayed at the Inn for six nights last month on business. When we arrived I called Stacy and she met me at the front office to check-in. I told her that the local taxi company had informed me they would not pick me up for a ride to the local military installation, she immediately called them and made sure they... More
