About 23 minutes away from Foxwoods, staff friendly, but rooms need major updating. Bathroom pathetic to say the least. Bath/shower all stained yellow, toilet is smallest and abnormal I have ever seen, smaller than camper self contained. Walls are very thin could, here people in hallway and outside like there were in the room with us. Very tricky to get to... More

I stayed at this hotel for several nights on business. The lobby and buildings were huge. The staff were quite friendly and most were attentive. As someone said, a lot of the hotel is dated and the tv's are as old as my youngest. Having said that, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast starts early and... More

This hotel is old and tired. When was the last time you saw a tube TV in a hotel? This is just a superficial comment the real issues were the smells in the hallways, the stale breakfast and the fact that I found someone else's dirty laundry in my room. Bed was also very springy. Right next to the highway,... More

We stayed here Oct 17-19 for a bachelor party going on at Mohegan sun. The staff was wonderful, I directly spoke to Patty the guest coordinator, she was one of the sweetest people I dealt with making a reservation. She gave us compliomentary Casino transportation to and from the hotel. The hotel front desk staff were also great! We needed... More

We were celebrating our anniversary so I wanted this to go well. It didn't. This place is bare bones cheap. First surprise was no elevator. I broke my wife's suitcase trying to maneuver up 2 flights of steps. When we got to the room our card access didn't work...had to go back down to desk for them to reprogram. No... More

We travelled to CT for a wedding so knew we would only be in the room to sleep a couple of hours and shower. This hotel was ok but not great. Staff was terrible at check in but great at check out. Room was clean but tub barely drains so that was gross. Overall an ok experience...pretty good. Could stay... More

Stayed here this past weekend. Nice, Clean, friendly staff. The place just had a weird layout. The rooms are situated in sections. We went into three buildings before we found the one where our room was located. As a another reviewer noted you have to look out for the Outback Steak house. That's probably the best landmark to use when... More

Do not choose this hotel! We booked a room, called early that day to see if we could check in late they said no problem. We finally get to our hotel late at night and we are told DESPITE OUR RESERVATION the woman at the desk was told to turn us away because they overbooked by 2 rooms. We ended... More

Ok place. Called to tell them we'd arrive late and they let us check in with no problem. Went with this choice bc everything else was crazily overpriced. We had to go outside to get to the inside pool and hot tub. Room was ok and comfy bed, but pathetic counter space in bathroom. Breakfast had hot food and waffles,... More

This hotel is located on an on ramp for 95 south headed to NYC. Don't miss the Steakhouse entrance or your doomed to enter the highway. I had to cross into Groton and come back before I located the property. Of course not having a sign doesn't help. Are they hiding something? Carpeting is new and walls freshly painted but... More
