We checked in online early in the day to ensure that we got a non-smoking room because I am very allergic to smoke. This hotel was great for our purposes. We wanted to try the sleep number beds (not for us) and be close to the casinos. It was clean and had granite sinks and floor. It is also close to Mystic. Do not stay here. The hotel was rundown and the front desk was uneducated and not helpful. The shuttle never picked us up and we waited til 3:00 am and still nothing. Took a cab back that cost 35.00- the room was nothing great and was old. Save your money and go somewhere else. more

This Radisson was extremely disappointing. We arrived in the evening after driving through terrible weather. No one in the hotel could provide directions either to the hotel from Hartford, or to Connecticut College, which we discovered to be six minutes up the MAIN road!! The hotel is shabby at best. We arrived after a 9 hour drive to a very unweclome by the front desk. Was told there was no rooms available. Waited for 20 minutes and they finally found our reservation but only on a smoking floor. Asked to be moved, I am allergic and had our 2 boys age 4 and 8 with us. They were not helpful.... more
