Very accommodating, we traveled with three small dogs to have a family thanksgiving. The suite was able to accommodate seven people and we cooked the turkey in the room! Staff was able respond to all our needs, extra plates, cookware, etc.

The bed was comfortable and the tv worked. Those are about the only positive comments I can make. The hotel is in a weird unappealing location. We reserved a handicapped accessible room and that is how it was designated. However, with all the heavy furniture - the dresser, desk, sofa, tv stand, and coffee table there was no room to... More

The drawbacks are the rooms are worn and tired and it is never good when you find hair in the shower. The sink was cracked and the stove had one burner sticking up in the air. Looks like it needs a good facelift. The benefits do outweigh the drawbacks. It is very conveniently located right off 95. The staff was... More

When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that on the following day (day after Thanksgiving) there would be no water after 9 AM because of water main repairs. No shower, no toilet, no sink! Wish we were informed of that before we arrived and it was too late to book another hotel. Then we got to our room... More

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks while in New Haven for work reasons. I found it excellent in every respect. The room was a spacious studio-type apartment, with full kitchen. The breakfast was always good, and a big plus was the complimentary evening meal served on weeknights – described in the website as a “light” meal, in reality... More

The pros are the price is very reasonable and the rooms have full kitchens so if you are staying for multiple days you can save some money on food. The room was pretty clean but not great. The place looks like a condo complex and is set up that way too. Hotel is right off the highway which is convenient.... More

I was here for an interview and the staff were so nice. The front desk was nice and the breakfast was good. The shuttle driver, Robert, was also very nice. He promptly took my group in the morning and picked us up after. He also gave me good dinner recommendations and drove us there and back. This hotel was clean... More

My family of 6 stayed here in October and upon check in was met with a luke warm sort of a half baked welcome. The rooms, thankfully were well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was standard as per most other establishments, and again, with very little smiles or help from staff. But cannot criticise their cleanliness and choice.

The hotel overall is reminiscent of an older Marriott Residence Inn. The room was not clean when we entered and had an dirty pair of boxer briefs on the floor. The next day we left our room in the morning and came back in the early evening to find the front door wide open with all the lights on. It's... More

For £80 per night, we got a comfortable king bed, a sofa bed, and a complete studio holiday apartment with tv, coffee machine, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, and numerous lamps... A real home from home. So we extended our stay from one to two nights. Excellent value, great service.
