Stayed here for a wedding near by. No room service. Elevators were out of service for a few hours at the busiest time in the evening. Went to get food from the cafe downstairs and the bartender/waiter was nowhere to be found. Had to go to the hotel front desk to get someone, had to wait for the front desk... More

This property is right in the middle of the Yale campus and everything about the hotel is top notch. The rooms were typical for a Courtyard and ours was recently refurbished. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We'll be going back and staying there.

We were told that Yale was in a bad part of town. Not at all what we discovered. Hotel is just off campus, so the $20+in parking is worth it to just walk right out and discover Yale. Clean rooms. Nice staff. We rolled in after midnight and the young lady at registration was cheery and helpful. Would stay here... More

We stayed in the Courtyard as part of a family visit to New Haven. The hotel is well located, across the street from the Yale Bookstore (the former Yale Coop) and about a long block from the central Yale campus. The hotel looks new and is clean throughout. The rooms are well-equiped although the free internet can be quite slow.... More

If you want an absolutely perfect spot from which to visit, see, do business at Yale University (and you don't expect or want to pay for all the fluff of a 4-5 star place) I don't think you can do better than this. It is a great Courtyard with all the amenities and comfort you could expect from this brand.... More

When you book a courtyard, you kind of know what you're getting into. With that in mind, this is a nice property for this class of hotel. Lobby is bright, comfortable and bustling. I liked the cafe and found the staff there to be super helpful. There were enough quiet places to eat in peace. I especially liked that the... More

Nice standard corporate hotel. Clean rooms, nice linen. Good location on a busy street. We did notice the street sounds but not enough to bother us. Don't forget to add $10.00 per day for the parking add on. we will stay there again.

Location is perfect to visit Yale, but sound insulation is a disaster. Even with windows closed, we had the idea of sleeping in a tent next to a highway. I think management is aware, because ear plugs were supplied standard with the room. Furthermore walls are paper thin and room had a mould smell when we arrived (disappeared after we... More

I stayed here one night for business in July 2014. This Courtyard is just okay. I've stayed at much better Courtyards. Rooms could use a facelift. The bathtub wasn't the cleanest (I found a hair on the ledge). To recap, the rooms were dated and could have been cleaner.
