very clean. lovely lobby (make sure to try the infused ice water - a real treat). courteous, helpful staff. large, nicely appointed rooms. the location is perfect for walking to the green, yale campus, shops and museums. only negatives: a bit pricey, parking is not complimentary and the coffee in the room tastes like chemicals.
