The owners are very kind, warm and inviting. You feel like you are staying with your favorite Aunt & Uncle! Clean, warm and inviting. We stayed in the Charles room, bed was very comfortable....had a great night sleep.....only down fall is it is close to the road you you do hear the traffic. We will definitely stay again!

I met a girlfriend in Mystic Connecticut for an art class and we needed to stay for two nights. We chose the Adams House and we took the "cottage" which is two big rooms each with its own bathroom and one had a kitchenette. It worked perfectly for us. The cottage was immaculate with every comfort of home. Lots of... More

My husband and I stayed here for a night, and we really liked it. The people are very nice and the food was excellent. It is also very close to the town and surrounded by many trees and green areas...

We ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed here in July 2014 for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The property is near enough to Mystic for easy access but in a quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast was great - very nice people. Highly recommended.

great location, near everything. nice country feel in the room. The made to order breakfast was the best to include the fresh blueberry pancakes. Great parking set up for a B&B. Mattress in Henry room could use a replacement, sagged in toward the middle

The Adams house is a lovely, peaceful bed and breakfast. We stayed as a family of 5 in the guest cottage which worked perfectly for us. It was very clean and charming ... the perfect place to stay if you are trying to get away from the typical "hotel" experience and experience that new england charm. We all slept comfortably... My son and I enjoyed our stay very much at the Adams House. The location to the Coast Guard Academy in New London, as well as to the town of Mystic were great. Susanna, the owner, was very gracious on the phone and even more so in person. We enjoyed our accommodations as well as wonderful breakfast and time spent... More

I stayed for 4 nights, and the experience was everything I'd expected .... and more. Because my son and his wife were traveling with a baby, we were offered the opportunity to share the two bedroom cottage. My room (photo attached) had a beamed ceiling, warm rugs on a hardwood floor, plenty of quilts and pillows. My son's side of... More

Overall my wife Monika and I had a great experience. I grew up next to the Adams Inn but never had the opportunity of being a guest. The Peck's are great people, the accomidations that we needed were given. Breakfast had a lot of variety accentuated by good light and good company. The place was a little cluttered which gave... Nice people running the place, but that's about all I can say. When I called to book, the owner asked me to bring bagels because I am from NYC! Granted, they gave me the money for them, but if I am going to a B & B, I expect NOT to have to supply the food! The lady made an... More

Management response:

We are sorry the guest posting a review that we decieved her did not take care to ask or view our website regarding our policy concerning children as it clearly states that our B&B welcomes families in our guest cottage. Well behaved children over 10 are welcome in our main house and to my knowledge we have never had loud... More
