I've stayed in numerous Hampton Inns. Most are much nicer than this one. This one has very dated furniture, small rooms, limited vanity space, no closet (but a cheap armoire), slow wireless internet, and is stingy with towels. You can do much better. On a positive note, the agent at the front desk was helpful and friendly. more

We stayed one night for a volleyball tournement. The women at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful offering area restaurants, shopping and take out menus for the girls on the team who wanted to eat it. The room was fine, clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and well stocked. This is a great hotel if you... more

Okay so prior to this I had stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn's in Florida and the South. All of them were very modern, and REALLY nice. This one had a nice lobby, and an ok room. The plumbing was an issue. Toilets had a problem with running...but I fixed it myself. Hot water was def. and issue. The... more

This Hampton Inn is standard but does not have a pool and the "fitness center" has 3 pieces of equipment, that are dated. The staff is very friendly, especially at check-in and breakfast. Breakfast consisted of french toast sticks, sausage, juices, yogurt, muffins, etc. We stayed on the upper floor with a view of the highway. The noise from the... more

I was working in the area and was booked at the Super 8. Yikes! After reading some bad reviews here of that property (and then seeing it firsthand), I cancelled and tried my luck at the Hampton Inn as a walk-in. I couldn't believe how nice the Hampton Inn was. Very nice staff (at all hours of day or night).... more

I just stayed at the Hampton this past weekend. We were in town to attend a friend's son's wedding. It is definitely an average hotel, but it seems as if the staff is trying harder to make it better. We were put in a room on a floor that is being retooled as a nonsmoking floor and the air seemed... more

The title of this review says it all. I'm sitting in the room writing this and hope to be checked out by tomorrow. Hot water is a must in my book but luke warm is as close as you get in this Hampton. I find the staff to be about 50/50 depending on the mood you catch them in. The... more

Reasonable....... Tripadvisor Hotel Class - this is a two to three star property Rates -- the room rate when booked on line with AAA was reasonable Room size - was reasonable for the price... perhaps a shade smaller than expected. Location - very easy on and off of I95 in a reasonably safe town Front desk - reasonably efficient check-in.... more

The Hampton Inn in Milford CT is a Great hotel. The staff is very ,very friendly and upbeat, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special. They all dress professionally and are neat. One of the staff members even drove me to the post office to mail a important package ,because I didn't have a car.... more
