Arrived after a very long and delayed flight from London to find no room service or food available. It was late and I didn't want to wander through the streets in the dark. Thank goodness for a last minute to my luggage of a cup a soup. However, very pleasantly surprised with the spacious room and facilities. The staff are... More

This hotel has all the amenities. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and luxurious. The staff was very friendly. It's on the main drag so easy to get anywhere, including the highway. Only one and half hours to New York City.

We stayed here overnight on a recent trip from New York to the Mystic/New London area. I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of the hotel, from the breakfast to the room quality. We had a very spacious room with a large living area, a comfortable sofa, and a fridge. We were only here for one night, but the Hyatt... More

Nice Hyatt with friendly staff and great breakfast. Clean and in close proximity to Stanford if attending a TV taping. We liked the 6th floor, had a swivel television. The beds were comfortable and more then enough pillows provided.

We stayed in Milford because it was a little cheaper then staying in Mystic which was about an hour away. We had a very nice king suite room at this hotel. It was spacious, quiet, comfortable, included a couch, with reading lamps, and fridge. Having the shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink was very convenient. Ray... More

Handicap room is large and very comfortable BUT the TV in front of the bed does not swivel as advertised. They say it would hit your head but all other rooms have a swivel TV - does that mean non-handicap people will not hit their heads? It is hard watching TV sitting on the sofa in a corner as it... We planned an overnight stay at this hotel before our onward journey to NYC. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but once inside, it is efficient and comfortable. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and we left in the morning feeling refreshed. The décor is better than Hampton Inn / Homewood especially in the lobby... More

I went to the hotel last night around 11 pm. We were two couples and we rented a room with two double beds. Within 20 minutes we were told we were too loud for the hotel but we had no music and we're only speaking in regular tones. 15 minutes later the Milford police can to throw us out and... More

We apologize for this guests terrible experience at our hotel, which was the direct result of their own doing. Upon check in, we clearly explained to this guest that Hyatt Place Milford was a 100% Non-Smoking Facility and we do not permit any smoking in our guest rooms or public area within the hotel. A little time after midnight, we... More

Pretty much the same standard as other Hyatt Places we have stayed in. Even though the hotel seemed pretty full, our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Decent breakfast. Parking spaces are limited near the entrance, they probably have additional parking at the rear. We reached pretty late around 10PM and the lady who checked us in was not very... More

I would not recommend this place. The room has a chemical smell that made me sick throughout the night. You cannot open the window because they are bolted shut. The chemical is sprayed into the AC so that if you turn the AC on it makes it worse. There were some kind of stains on the sheet and there was... More
