This hotel is perfect in almost every way. Free wifi, an exercise room, business room, decent breakfast, fantastic staff. But, for some reason, they use an overwhelming dose of air freshener that seems to be distributed through the ventilation system. That is the only reason that I wouldn't recommend this hotel. more

Getting from point A to point B can often be tedious. The Hyatt was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious, clean and airy. The staff was pleasant and the free breakfast was adequate even if there were no hot foods. We got an internet special rate that also made the stop a good value. more

I stayed here last week, and quite liked it. The hotel is right ff I-95, just 4-5 miles south of New Haven, and is an ideal place to stay if driving into New Haven or between NY and further north in New England. I come up from new york city about once a month to visit family and friends in Milford and always stay at this hotel. It is clean, modern, great staff.... basically the best place to stay in the area. more
