We had 5 rooms and all were clean and well maintained. Everything worked and the area was quiet at night. I would stay here again if in the area. A good basic room at a good price and the management was very helpful.

The price is right, clean, comfortable plus TV, refrig, microwave, ironing board & iron, with no added charges. Bring your own toiletries & hair dryer, if needed. I locked myself out, and was promptly provided a new key.

The previous time I stayed in Middletown to visit my daughter was a disaster (I stayed at the Wesley Inn) and I was hoping to find a better place to stay while I visited. This property is clean and so was my room. Monty helped me check in and was really pleasant. He operates the motel along with his parents.... More

This hotel offers your basic night's sleep with few amenities. The property is older but the room I had was freshly decorated and was clean and fresh smelling. The bath was clean. The only blemish to the room was a slight stain on the carpet near the entrance to the bathroom. The TV was in proper working order and the... More

My daughter attends Wesleyan University, so I am on an active search for a "regular" place to stay in the Middletown area. After three stays at the Best Value Inn, I have to conclude, unfortunately, that the search is ongoing. The location is convenient, and the dirt cheap price is right. The bed is comfy, and the heater and AC... More

The motel is conveniently located between the town of Middleton and the interstate. There's not much in the immediate area, but the town center is just a short drive away. The rooms are clean and comfortable for a property like this. I enjoyed my overnight stay.

The people who run the motel are really lovely, friendly, warm. The room is small, but updated and immaculately clean. Our only issue was that the room had a very strong smell--disinfectant? air freshener? We opened the door and window and let the room air out and it was fine after that. It is set back on the property on... More

The hotel (bed room, bathroom - and small office/lobby) was very clean and tidy, fresh. Everthing worked very well and appeared to be new. One of the owners mentioned that they have been replacing and upgrading the facility steadily since they bought the property about two years ago. The office serves nice coffee in the morning, and though there is... More

First, what can one expect for $79? Other hotels were booked up for when we were visiting Wesleyan. We are usually Hilton or Marriott customers. One story motel that looks line something out of the 1960s Motel 6. reception: i can't fault the manager for not speaking to us when we arrived at 1am. I could see we woke him... More

I was going to check in to another hotel down the street. I didn't like the attitude of the front desk clerk he acted as if he was doing me a favor and I should be happy he is even thinking of accommodating me and my fellow guest. He told me I had to wait until 1:00 until he had... More
