I planned my wife's 30th birthday at MGM and I was working with the Chef Concierge months in advance to make the night one that my wife wouldn't forget. We walked into MGM and instantly felt like ROYALTY!!!! The lengths the MGM team went to, to make this a special night are truly amazing. I've never been to a hotel... More

I stayed the MGM Grand for business for two nights. When making the reservation via telephone, I was provided with the total cost that I would be paying to stay at the MGM Grand. The representative failed to mention that this total price included a mandatory “resort fee” charge that is in addition to the room rate and taxes. I... More

To our valued guest~ Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our sincerest apologies for not having clarified some of your issues, in regards to the resort fee, late checkout and mini bar. At MGM, we do offer to guests 21 and over complimentary use of the fitness center at the GSPA. During the winter months, you may use the indoor... More

I've stayed at MGMGrand several times. I'm never dissappointed and could never imagine staying at the Foxwoods property. MGM is easy to get around you dont get lost and its not overwhelming. I dislike the Forwoods side because its so confusing and not easy to get around. The restaurants are great love Juniors . The rooms are nice and modern... More

Stayed there for two nights. Rooms are nice. You can ask for a free mini fridge for room. Don't touch the mini bar or snacks. If you move anything you will be billed. Plus they charge an Indian tax don't remember that at a foxwoods hotel Casino is super smoky. Still coughing. Surprised they haven't been sued. Super tiny non... More

We had a room on the 26th floor and what a wonderful view. The room was beautiful. The food choices were fantastic. My husband played poker and I enjoyed the G Spa. I so loved the Spa, it was so peaceful and relaxing. I also loved the shopping. I can't wait to go back for another visit.

We have stayed at all the casino hotels and usually go for the best price, but since this was an unexpected comp, we took advantage of the offer. We stayed on a weekday night in a room on the 21st floor. Access was easy, as the elevators are away from the lobby area and there is a service desk to... More

I had a room on the 20th floor with a lovely view of snow covered trees. The shower was nice, amenities questionable (I used my own soaps), the room itself not memorable. The phone would have been more useful if it had been labeled with some quick dial numbers for the restaurants, front desk, and concierge. If you have the... More

I'm usually a day tripper to Foxwoods but decided on an overnight. The room price using my rewards card incredibly reasonable. We stayed on the 27th floor in a non-smoking room. The view overlooked the pool and the CT woods. Absolutely beautiful. I can imagine how gorgeous it must be in the fall. The bed was undoubtedly the most comfortable... More

It actually is grand - - the view from the 22nd (and there are higher floors) and the service. This is the way to do Foxwoods. On weekends I can't imagine forking over more than a grand for 2 nights but on a Sunday night? Worth every dollar and definitely move up a bit to the suite if it is available... More

We stayed here last week for a one night getaway and loved the Grand! Gorgeous from the moment you walk in! Parking was a breeze! The room was gorgeous and we were lucky enough to be on the 30th floor, what a view and I am sure during the foliage season it is nothing short of stunning! My only complaint... More
