My husband and I wanted a quick getaway. Stayed 3 nights in a Prroducer Suite. Room was nothing special. On the 3rd night we ate at Alta Strada on the recommendation of Norma jean in the VIP area. She made the reservation for us. I used reward points to pay for some of the dinner. After a night of paramedics... More

I took advantage of travelzoo's midweek special 99 dollars.(50 percent off) . I believe it's still on. I took the bus up from port authority. As there are no direct buses I had to take a greyhound bus (local bus to Boston.) when you do arrive you do get 15 play/ buffet. Don't buy your ticket online as they charge... More

We have stayed at MGM before, usually in a deluxe king bedroom, and have been very satisfied with the experience. This time, we stayed in a Director's Suite for three nights, and experienced several problems. First - our room keys did not work and had to be replaced three times before we could even get in the room! Over the... More

The rooms in the MGM are just beautiful and the beds are so comfy. You don't want to get out of bed. The service, however, is very rude at the front desk. Happens every time. They're very snooty and so busy talking to one another that they disregard you for too many minutes. Other than that, it's worth the overnight... More

This was my 2nd stay at the MGM Grand and my first choice when staying at Foxwoods. The line to check in was rather long for a mid-week stay and they didn't seem to have enough front desk agents to assist as the line kept getting longer and longer but it moved at an okay pace. I was given a... More

My two girlfriends and I (all in our mid to late 20s) stayed here for a ladies night out. I booked the room through Travelocity as the price was much lower than the hotel site itself, and many other sites - about $150 dollars base price for the night. I also have AAA so that got us a lower deal.... More

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but $500 for one night?! Standard room with slightly above average bed and shower. Low end furniture. Low energy and low interest service from both the front desk staff and the casino employees.

We stayed at the MGM on a Saturday night in July for my fiances birthday. We had originally made reservations at a hotel off property but decided to splurge to stay at the MGM for the convienance and because it was a special occasion. It was expensive which is expected since it was a Saturday night, but 400.00 is a... More

Stayed here on July18th -20th with a late check in because of a delayed flight into JFK. A 2 1/2 hour drive from the airport. The front desk staff was very accommodating and efficient. The room was spottless with a refrigerator and all the amenities you would expect with a 5 star hotel. The king bed was wonderful. That is... More
