My wife and I stayed here for our 5th anniversary. Marcie and Jim were exceptionally kind when greeting us upon arrival. The Shubel room was massive and very cozy. We were a short drive to mystic and to the casino and then we could retreat to the serenity of the inn. If you are looking to relax this is the... More

We always loved coming to Stonecroft over the years. This was our first visit with the new owners. Marcie & Jim are very nice as others wrote and the rooms are lovely. We have stayed in a different room each time we visited. I cannot speak very highly of the breakfasts though. There was a very nice fruit bowl and... More

We only stayed one night on our way back home. The owners are very hospitable. The breakfast was delicious with with mouth watering blueberry muffins and unique way of doing croissants. The features of the 1807 house are very interesting to see The Inn is just a short jaunt into Mystic or Stonington, where you can find plenty of fine... More

I loved everything about this inn. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are picturesque. We had the pleasure of staying in the 'westcroft' room. There is a journal to write about your experience at the inn. It was fun to read what others had to say.... More

I am usually the first to point out faults of a place, but in this case I am stumped, because I can't find any! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms quaint and in excellent shape, and Jim and Marcie were perfect hosts. You do need to realize that this is an old (1807) house, so the floors are uneven, you... My boyfriend and I just stayed at Stonecroft Inn for the 4th time! We truly love everything about it: the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfasts are delicious and the grounds are wonderful to stroll around- we saw lots of little bunnies this time! We are planning an end of summer trip back because we... More

Jim & Marcie have a beautiful country inn. They are extremely accommodating hosts who are very personable & show pride in their B&B. It is the place to go if you are looking for a relaxing place in the country but very close to various things to do. The pictures are exactly what you find when you arrive. It was... More

Had a great stay at Stonecroft. Jim and Marcie are gracious hosts and made us feel welcome from the start. My husband and I stayed in the Lily Room. Very roomy with a large bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a sitting area with loveseat, armoire with tv, desk, and gas fireplace. The room has a door that leads to the... More

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Stonecroft over Memorial Day weekend. Our room was the delightful Sarah's suite in the barn. It had rustic yet luxurious charm and a private deck, which made it very difficult to leave! The garden was lovely and perfect for a stroll and we found the whole experience to be... More

Wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of NYC. Jim and Marcie were very gracious hosts, and ensured we were well taken care of. Rooms were large and clean, and the grounds had plenty of outdoor space to relax in, if the crowds in Mystic aren't your thing. Will definitely be returning!
