My husband and I spent this past weekend (7/18- 7/20/14) at Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn and we both enjoyed our stay. We stood in the South Western Room and it was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and accomadating. Her breakfast was wonderful; I loved the Blueberry Pancakes. The only negative comment I have... More

I love Abbey's! It was a perfect location for exploring Mystic, Watch Hill and the Rhode Island beaches. I like the Internet access, flat screen TV, and especially the Jacuzzi after a day at the beach. The inn is spotlessly clean. Erika is a terrific host and owner! Thanks Erika for a wonderful visit.

For our over night stay, this B & B was just the ticket. The entry was surrounded by lovely gardens. We were in the Southwest Room just off the small lobby. It was spacious and well appointed including an interesting night light. The queen bed was seriously comfortable. We had a private entrance to a pleasant shared patio. Breakfast was... More

Our first visit - but would definitely stay again. Even in unseasonable wet weather, the inn was inviting; Erika helped make our stay really special - changing our room so that we had direct access to the patio and seating areas. Whilst the inn is beyond walking distance from the Mystic attractions, the roads are quiet so driving to and... More

My visits to the Inn included three nights at two different times of the week. My first two nights included a girls get together with 11 women from around the country. Erika, opened her Inn (that was expected) but she also opened her kitchen to 11 women who prepared their own evening meal! We used her cutlery, counters and crystal.... More

I'm not going to take the time to go into detail but just a few things to point out. 1. We booked the separate cottage building. The parking lot is right in front so you hear the cars coming and going. The "fenced in patio" area is much smaller than it appears on the website and it's not very pleasant.... More

I recently stayed at Abbey's for a reunion of dear friends traveling from all corners of the country and globe to reunite in Mystic. We were hoping for a spacious place where we could relax, unwind, take over the kitchen and chat into the wee hours. We got that and so much more, beginning with Erika's warm welcoming introduction, offered... More

We just spent a wonderful, relaxing 3 nights at Abbey's Lantern Inn. My husband and I and our dog stayed in the Cottage. It's like your own apartment - a large room with roomy bathroom, wonderfully soft towels, a fenced in backyard with table and chairs as well as a romantic lighted side deck with a small table and chairs.... We had a wonderful stay at this little B&B in the middle of Mystic country. The location of this lodging is central to so much we wanted to see. It's just minutes from the Maritime Museum in New London, the Mystic Seaport, the working wharf in Stonington, and especially the beautiful Pequot Indian Museum on Lantern Hill. The rooms were... Alan, it was a joy to have you, Pat, Tom, and Barbara stay here in the Downeast & Southwest Rooms for 3 nights. The freshly-caught Stonington Sea Scallops that you brought back to the inn and cooked were out of this world delicious! I loved sharing meals, wine, and stories with you all. It was especially interesting that you picked... More
