My boyfriend and I stayed at Abbey's this past weekend. Erika was amazing and the place was beautiful. I had requested her craft beer and munchies basket which was all set up in the room for our arrival. We stayed in the Lucy room which is located on the bottom floor. The room was spacious and the complimentary robes which... More

Once again we had a great weekend in Mystic CT. e have stayed at Abbey's Lantern Inn before and would ONLY stay there. The innkeeper Erika is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She provides a warm welcoming atmosphere and takes attention to detail . The breakfast is ample and delicious. While staying there we had to make... More

A day after my husband and I got married a few weekends ago, we decided to take a "puppymoon," since our dog had to be boarded at daycare for the night for our wedding on Saturday night and since I'm starting law school in a week, we decided to wait until December to go on our full honeymoon. I researched... More

Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn is a terrific place to stay, and one of the best reasons is the innkeeper herself. Erika was available whenever we needed her, including the days when a continental breakfast was set out, and one might expect to be left to your own devices. Instead, Erika was ready, every morning, to make me a special cup... More

This past weekend my boyfriend surprised me with a weekend getaway in Connecticut to see Jerry Seinfeld at Foxwoods. He booked us in at Abbey's so we would be near the casino but also near Mystic. We arrived late on Friday, and the owner left us the keys so we could get in. We stayed in the Lucy room which... More

My husband and I spent this past weekend (7/18- 7/20/14) at Abbey's Lantern Hill Inn and we both enjoyed our stay. We stood in the South Western Room and it was nice and cozy. It was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and accomadating. Her breakfast was wonderful; I loved the Blueberry Pancakes. The only negative comment I have... More

I love Abbey's! It was a perfect location for exploring Mystic, Watch Hill and the Rhode Island beaches. I like the Internet access, flat screen TV, and especially the Jacuzzi after a day at the beach. The inn is spotlessly clean. Erika is a terrific host and owner! Thanks Erika for a wonderful visit.

For our over night stay, this B & B was just the ticket. The entry was surrounded by lovely gardens. We were in the Southwest Room just off the small lobby. It was spacious and well appointed including an interesting night light. The queen bed was seriously comfortable. We had a private entrance to a pleasant shared patio. Breakfast was... More

Our first visit - but would definitely stay again. Even in unseasonable wet weather, the inn was inviting; Erika helped make our stay really special - changing our room so that we had direct access to the patio and seating areas. Whilst the inn is beyond walking distance from the Mystic attractions, the roads are quiet so driving to and... More
