Sign out from says Luxury. Actually not even close. Bathroom needed some repairs and no closet in the room. For half the price it might be a good value but for price charged not so much. An average motel that charges too much for what you get.

When arriving at the property, we took a spin around to make sure we were at the right place. For the price, it is really a glorified motel. But I have to say that the rooms themselves are beautifully decorated, with nice quality sheets and comforters and decor. The bathrooms are small and only somewhat updated. There was a nice... More

Inn at Iron Masters is a reasonable motel experience. The disappointed reviews seem to be either older ones from before the rooms apparently got a mini-upgrade or from people who mistakenly expected a country inn. The place is a motel, period. All rooms face parking lots and you drive your car to the door of your room. Beds are new... More

My wife and I stayed at the Inn this past weekend. We were lucky to get a room as it was full. At first we were a little apprehensive to stay there. Our reason was due to two reviews we read about in 2012. Well, we quickly determined that they were crazy. This Inn has had alot of upgrades and... More

My father and I work the Ferrari Challenge Race which is held every year at Lime Rock Park. We stay at the hotel Thursday night , Friday night and Saturday night. The rooms at this hotel are a nice size. I have been in many rooms overt the years. The sheets are always clean on the beds. The beds are... More

I stayed at the Inn at Iron Masters back in May. I was greeted by friendly staff in a beautifully decorated lobby area. The room was very spacious and clean. It contained a flat screen TV, coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, AC, free wifi, and two brand new comfortable chairs. There was an elegant pedestal sink in the bathroom. Upon... More

This dump is located at a phenomenal crossroads between Lakeville, CT and Millerton, NY. They have Starbucks coffee in the rooms, but the disposable plastic 60's style cups take away from the taste. This is where the positive review ends. Upon entering the room, you are overcome with a stench of mustiness and mold. Then after recovering from the olfactory overload,... More

I have pondered how to even respond to this review. It baffles our entire staff. We have finally concluded that he has mistaken us. There is no room on our premises that fits that description or that has ever fit that description. Furthermore, people seem to have an issue with the word "inn";technically speaking, the term inn means accommodations which... More

We spent a dreadful night in this place in May. The room was dark, poorly decorated and smelled funny - probably an air freshener to mask odors. An upholstered tilt chair partially collapsed when we sat on it. The TV was ancient. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and the safety bar in the shower was not attached to the... More

Our spacious, clean room was all we needed for a weekend visit. You could argue with the overdone decorating and a bigger TV would be nice, but neither was important to us. The location can't be beat and it is set back from the road, so noise isn't an issue. The advertised queen bed was a king. Walk to an... More

Our room was spacious, but had a bit of a musty odor. We expected an inn, but it was a dated motel where we happily parked right in front of our room. The office area had a particuliarly moldy odor, but the breakfast--continental, with a large assortment of items--room was delightful. We felt the weekend price was exorbitant, but so... More

There appears to be a lot of confusion as to the definition of an inn. An inn is "accommodations offering a room and food, often to the traveler." Our establishment fits that definition precisely. While our establishment is laid out like a motel, a motel is still an inn. Furthermore, most motels typically have very standardized rooms. Our rooms are... More
