Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No problems with reservations and no wait to check in. Hotel lobby was large and inviting. Good location within walking distance to several restaurants. Shuttle bus was available for travel to New Haven and local restaurants. The children enjoyed the pool. More

I would recommended getting a room on the 3rd or 4th floor to the right of the entrance. This part of the hotel seems newer and better kept.
