The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The condition of the room was fair. It was obvious that the management has not put a lot of time or money into maintaining the property. While it wasn't run-down or dirty, neither were the facilities new and well-kept. Overall, the room was adequate and I have no major... More

Our stay in this hotel was exactly what I expected for the cost. The building overall needs some updating as it seems to be on the older side. However, the room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It served it purpose for a good clean place to sleep.

The room was filthy. There was food on the floor between the night stand and the bed. When we told the manager about it, he had housekeeping come back to clean the room again after we left for the day. After re-cleaning it, the food was still there. There was a huge stain in the bathtub that looked like the... More

Hotel was dirty, the room was better but we were uncomfortable with the appearance of the common areas. Noisy during the early evening hours lots of kids running and screaming in the halls. We got up and left early.

. When visiting Conn. casinos our normal hotel was completely booked and we selected the Ramada based on the fact it had a pool and was well located. The property was filthy!!! The carpet appeared to never have been cleaned and there were dead ants and stains on all the walls. How this property attained 3 stars is hard to... More

I like this hotel. Nice room setup with a chair and ottoman instead of just a bed and uncomfortable desk! Large windows that open, for a change. Great shower head. I didn't try the restaurant, but it's a plus that one is available. Nancy at the front desk is super sweet. Room 107 got great sleep!

Stayed here 2 nights during the Memorial Day weekend. Very below average, old, not so well maintained hotel. One (of many) examples for the low rating: the night stand between the 2 beds had a used tissue in it. Who knows what was on that. Anyway, towels had stains and downstairs pool area smelled like a combo of excess chlorine... More

A good hotel for the price. It is centrally located near Mohegan and Foxwoods. The room was clean and pretty spacious for the price. The check-in and out process was very easy and simple. Would defiantly stay there again.
