We stayed here a couple of nights ago. We got in from the casino late (2pm) and were kept awake even later by the sound of jackrabbits (if you know what I mean). When we woke up at 8:00am, they were still at it... moaning, shrieking, the whole 9 yards. My point is that this probably doesn't happen to everyone... More

Our room was on the forth floor and we stayed here on 6.28.14 for one night. Compared to other Hampton Inns we've stayed in, the room was stale and dated, and even seemed a bit grungy around the corners, which is my experience is fairly rare among hotels at The Hampton Inn's star level. It also had an immediately noticeably... More

Staff was helpful and attentive, very clean, moderately priced, breakfast each morning always included a hot offering, i.e. scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries which changed every morning. Very welcoming, efficient and hospitable staff, no matter who was on deck. I'd return in a heartbeat if visiting the area.

like all Hampton Inns it was very nice, clean room, bright bath, good breakfast and very comfortable beds. The staff is friendly, courteous and quite helpful. Was in the room five minutes and received a call from the front desk to make sure all in the room was okay. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

My family traveled to the area for college tours. The room adequately accommodated all 4 of us, provided the amenities we needed, and served a delicious assortment of cold/hot breakfast items. The staff was friendly too.

The staff was very friendly, the room ,on the other hand was dirty and smelled. I was offered a $20.00 dollar credit for a room that cost $250.00 even though the policy of this hotel is 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

I stayed here on business for a few days. The staff were very good and the room was fine but there's not much near it if you don't have a car. Breakfast is pretty limited but this seems to be normal in US hotels.

I enjoy staying at Hampton Inns, as they usually provide a comfortable, clean environment. This is my first time ever having a problem at a Hampton Inn. First the good. The staff was friendly and helpful; rooms comfortable and hotel was overall clean. The bad - I booked a non-smoking room and according the the manager my room was listed... More

My daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Groton, CT in mid-May to visit my son who now lives & works in Groton. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff and the general manager, Parag Parekh. I had booked with Priceline who charged me an exorbitant price, and when I tried to cancel,... More

Stayed for 13 days and loved it. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. No real work area (desk wasn't very user friendly), and coffee pot in bathroom grossed me out, but awesome otherwise. Nice workout room and breakfast. They also had a pool that seemed nice, but I never got a chance to use.
