BAD! Told me I'd get AAA rate, didn't happen, my fridge was broke, they were going to give me discount, didn't happen, no phone/electricty between beds(equip not plugged in?) Moldy Ice Bucket, No screen on second story window or other protection, pool heater broken, they were busy...good for them bad for us, not enough pool towels, not enough breakfast, replenished... We found this hotel nearby a wedding venue. The hardware (door knobs, bathroom fixture, ...) in the room was loose and barely functioning. Our check in was screwed up and when we went to check out they made us pay for a room we had prepaid for. Not helpful. Won't stay here again.

Check in was fine with friendly staff at the counter. I asked for a quiet room and was given a second floor room away from the highway, so far so good. It was 85 degrees outside and in, so I turned on the AC to coldest setting, highest fan speed. An hour later, still 85 inside. At the front desk... More

Telephone reservation took a long time, reportedly because there is static in the hotel phone system which has a bad sound. No smile at check-in. Room: the bed smelled moldy, the sink drain was clogged, the Wi-Fi would not connect, during the two nights I spent at the hotel, in spite of a several calls to the reception desk.
