he hotel seemed fine enough for one night's stay, but the hundreds of bites that appeared later tell a different story!!! Bed bugs are sometimes impossible to see-and the bites don't always appear immediately. When we called the management after our stay with the information that the room had bed bugs, we were sent to voicemail and never got a... more

We are concerned with this posting as we are a newly renovated property that has spent $2M in putting ourselves into the competitive market. We have completely redone the rooms and public space, banquets and restaurants. We have not in the past had pest problems reported. We work with a preventative maintenance company that monitors our overnight sleeping rooms, banquet...

When making our reservation for a two night stay, we could only get a smoking room. Not good, but I booked the room anyway thinking we would be able to get a non-smoking room upon arrival, which we did, thankfully. However, the Front Desk Clerk that checked us in asked for my AAA card, which was in the car and... more

Unless simply having a roof over your head is your sole requirement, avoid this place at all costs. Room was so cold upon arrival, I was at least assured that any varmits lurking about were in a deep sleep. 1960's climate system (wall A/C/Heat unit) had no knobs (missing, must make good souviners), took all night to get the temp... more

We would have moved this guest to a different room if they had brought the heating and remote control issues to our attention. We were only made aware of the issue by this review and have since completed a very through inspection of all heating units and television remote controls to prevent the issues from happening in the future. I...

Night clerk at front desk was not very warm, so I was surprised by the clean, spacious rooms, free WiFi and plasma TVs. The breakfast buffet is not the usual cold pastries: don't miss the fresh coffee, real oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausuage, bacon and make-your-own waffles. AM front desk staff was fantastic - when the shuttle acccidentally left without me,... more

Stayed here for three nights while on holiday from England and visiting Six Flags New England theme and water Park. Had two rooms, which were clean and tidy as was the bathroom area. Didnt use outside pool, but it again looked clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was good. The desk staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Enjoyed our... more
