Much nicer than I'd expect for a 2 star hotel. Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was very accommodating. There was a large selection of food for breakfast. more

Hotel was offering an $89 prepaid room, I knew we wouldn't cancel so I saved $20 off next lowest available rate. Hotel is right off Route 84, other reviews are correct, staff is very accommodating. They keep restaurant take out menus in lobby, we ordered from 2 places and food arrived in less than 1/2 hour. Will stay again on... more

I've stayed at half a dozen hotels in Danbury, and found pretty much all of them to be quite mediocre. I've found the Springhill Suites to be fairly overpriced during the times I've stayed there, but otherwise it's better than average. I usually don't care about the hotel staff as long as the room is decent, but the folks working... more

I am surprised by the earlier review. I can tell for for sure that person did not stay at this hotel. Every room has a Coffee machine and there is no need to go to front desk for coffee. Btw, there is no coffee at front desk, it is in the breakfast area. This is my second week of stay... more

This hotel was very nice. The location was excellent. The staff was nice, friendly and very accomidating. The pool area was alot small than they made it seem on the website pics, but overall good. There were alot of families with children....so I suggest to go early for breakfast....or you will be making long lines behind little kids for your... more

This hotel is mediocre in the way that most hotel chains are; however, I think it is at the higher end of mediocre. Room was spacious with thick padding on the bed. There was a separate "living area". It came with a refrigerator and microwave. There is a full length mirror right outside of the bathroom which I found handy.... more

Needing a hotel in Danbury for one night and having previous mediocre experiences with the local (Ridgefield & Danbury) B&B's, we tried the Spring Hill Suites. What a wonderful hotel! Late (1:00 a.m.) check-in? No problem, a king non-smoking room was waiting for us as promised. Immaculately clean room, the mini-fridge was already cold and worked well, convenient parking, and... more
