Perfect location for finding the Appalachian Trail and hiking at Kent Falls & Macedonia Brook State Parks. Stacey's suggestion of hiking Pinnacle Point at New Preston was spectacular! Enjoyed dining at the Wandering Moose in Cornwall Bridge, & Bulls Bridge Restaurant at Bulls Bridge, & Annie Bananie ice cream in Kent. Our room was 'cozy' with 2 queen beds. LOVED... More

We were met warmly by Stacey at the main building and given the choice of rooms as the Inn was almost empty. We chose No 6 as it was ground floor and suited our needs for a one night stop. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The room itself was fine for one night, very clean and cozy. The... More

We stayed in room 4 in the main house. The bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was clean, and had decent water pressure in the shower. Towels were good quality. The floor was extremely creaky. We got in kind of late, and felt bad the floor made so much noise. Breakfast in the morning was a perfect selection. One suggestion would... More

Nice place, clean and neat. Right between Cornwall and Kent, a short drive to great food both ways. Cornwall market is close by with awesome deli. Stacy was great, always available to help with anything.

We stay at the Inn each year over Labor Day weekend when we go to the Lime Rock Park Heritage Car Race and Show, and always appreciate Stacey and Mark's kindness. The rooms are comfortable. Extra towels were provided (thank you!) Pre-breakfast coffee is welcome and breakfast with fruit and protein gave us a good start to the day!

Nice, clean, comfortable inn. Very friendly, accommodating owners. Beautiful setting. The rooms are somewhat small, but still comfortable. The inn is right next to a major road, so traffic can be heard, but otherwise it is a peaceful location. Dog-friendly also. Would return if in the area another time.

This isn't a charming New England inn. It's more of a motel, with some a few nice, decorating touches. The inn also is a bit worn, as other reviewers noted. But the place is very clean and comfortable and the owners are friendly and helpful. The location is good. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but people... More

Four sisters and their families spent a great weekend in the Cornwall Inn August 9-10. Upon arrival, and after getting settled in one of the many cabins, we gathered in the Inn for socializing. Mark provided yeoman bartender service and we were able to break into smaller groups in the dining room, parlor, lounge, etc. The next morning we enjoyed... More

The inn is worn but clean, breakfast was adequate, but all guests we talked to felt it was not substantial enough - it is clearly described as continental on the website. Information on the website led us to believe that the Tavern restaurant was available but it is no longer open to the public, including inn guests and is only... More

While we didn't get the chance to enjoy the pool at this lovely inn due to inclement weather the other amenities were great. We made a last minute reservation for a weekend getaway and while en route realized that we had forgotten to grab our toddler's travel crib. We called to ask if they might be able to help us... More
