I stayed at the B&B with my wife and found it to be very nice. I was raised nearby and can attest to the great location. It is minutes away from I-95, the Guilford and Branford centers, Pine Orchard golf course and Short Beach. Stony Creek is a quaint little area of Branford though there is not much in the... More

What a wonderful place to have a wedding, and a wonderful home for both families to stay during the event! We rented the whole house for 4 days, which accomodated families of the bride and groom - what a wonderful way for all of us to get to know each other. Having access to laundry facilities was a plus for... More

We stayed here last fall. The place did not feel like a welcoming b&b: we hardly saw anyone the whole time we were there. The owners were not around most of the time and seemed cool and indifferent the two times we saw them (the wife was much more friendly chatting to another guest and barely said good-bye when we... At the time these guests stayed at our B&B, my husband was undergoing chemotherapy and radiation. He passed away in April. We didn't talk about it with guests; perhaps we should have. Joel was one of the most beloved people in the world. Former B&B guests who happened on the obituary sent condolence cards. I'm sorry these guests did not... More

A perfect location....wonderful hosts. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated. So relaxing...a welcoming glass of wine. Could be a little crisper around the edges. A spectacular small town, you can walk from Linden Point House to a tiny town beach and a couple of casual restaurants.

Our 3 days at Linden Point House were wonderful. We had exciting things to do and see every day of our stay, but our favorite moments were quiet breakfasts on the porch with the ocean breezes, sights and sounds, and returning during the days and evenings to the welcoming beauty of this house and its surroundings. There were beautiful spots... More

My husband and I just got back from a New England Adventure. Our first stop was at the Linden Point House B&B. It was a wonderful location...quiet and peaceful. The area is perfect, looking out onto the Thimble Islands. Hannah was a gracious hostess - welcomed us with wine on our arrival and answered all questions presented. She's a great... More

We visited Linden Point for two nights last July and found the experience simply wonderful. The house and property were amazing, with lots of nooks to sit with a book or a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Lawn chairs to pull across the lawn to where you desired. And of course the hammock. We stayed the first night... More

Joel met us when we drove up. He had been extraordinarily helpful on the phone, enthusiastic when we said we were two artists looking to paint. Hannah showed us around, and since we had the place to ourselves, we could choose our room. We chose Sunrise. Our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean. Hannah's artwork adds warmth and a restful, calm... More

Hannah greeted us with her warmth and she was pleased to share her home, an extraordinarily special, relaxing and beautiful bed and breakfast. Joel made sure a fire was lit in the morning. Each room is lovingly decorated with Hannah's art work. Surrounded by water every room appealed to us! Stony creek is a quaint town and even in the... More

My two girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying in the Sunrise room for a wonderful girls' night out. Our hosts were welcoming and attentive to the needs of their guests without being intrusive. They were very helpful in recommending an awesome restaurant for dinner as well. We were able to feel at ease in their home which is... More
