We have stayed at this motel several times because it's convenient to my inlaws' homes in Branford. We appreciate their liberal pet policy because we travel with one of our cats. On our last visit, Thanksgiving of 2008, we reserved the room via the internet well in advance of our arrival date. According to the website, the room would be... more

The room was clean and in good condition. Whoever was in the next room had the TV up very loud at 11:30 PM but the front desk was reasonably responsive in getting them to turn it down. After they did so, the room was adequately quiet. My wife found the bed uncomfortable but I thought it was OK. More/better pillows... more

the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, with nice, new pillows. the place was quiet and, with my 2 children and dog, I felt safe and comfortable. for the price, I was very pleased; I consider it a bargain and may return. more

My girlfriend and I stayed here in late July on our way to a concert at Jones Beach Long Island. This is a cheap Motel 6...and because it's out of the way from view and interest, it suffers neglect beyond that of the typical cheap motels around New Haven.
