We were driving from St. Louis and were not sure how far we would get our first day. When we realized Woodland Park would be a good stopping place we looked to see what was available. We were so glad The Woodland Inn had a room. We were only there for one night, but Frank and Sue were super friendly,... More

Frank and Sue, are such a nice couple. I stayed in the Oak Pike room for one night and it was really comfy...the highlight of my stay was the bathroom and breakfast. The inn is really neat and well maintained. I got to view the suites and had a great chat with Sue and Frank on friday. Frank owns a... More

My husband and I stayed here on a working vacation. We stayed 3 nights. The hosts, Susan and Frank, were very cordial and provided great information about the area. The bed and room were quite comfortable and quiet. We slept quite well! The breakfasts were generous and delicious. We enjoyed looking over Frank's fantastic pottery and bought several pieces I... The purpose of our trip was to attend a dinner theater at Charis Bible College. This inn was a very convenient, comfortable location to this event. Our hosts Sue and Frank were attentive, friendly and informative about area attractions and places to eat. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The home was tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. We... More

We only stayed one night, clean, comfortable and peaceful. Very friendly hosts and a HUGE breakfast. Very accommodating with a request for early breakfast. Two sweet puppies, that my daughter loved. Perfect for access to Woodland Park

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Woodland Inn. I wish we could have stayed longer! Loved the charming house and grounds. Even though we were close to town, we felt like we were far away, nestled in the trees at 8600'. Sue and Frank are wonderful hosts who make you feel right at home. We... More

There is much to be said for the beauty of the location of this B and B. It is set off back in the woods, just off of the main road. The hosts, Frank and Sue, are wonderful. The rooms comfortable and spacious, and the food was wonderful. The only complaint I have is that the noise generated by the... More

Of all the bed and breakfast inns we have stayed at before, Woodland Inn is now our favorite. The breakfasts are great, and the inn is nice, but the difference that gives this place an edge is the hosts. Frank and Sue simply make you feel at home in a gentle, caring, and open manner. The kitchen was available for... More

Throughly enjoyed our stay with Frank And Sue. Felt at home but not crowded. Enjoyed the pottery demonstration. Breakfast was above and beyond good. The town is small and not Much to do but that was the point.
