We stayed in the homestead, it smelled of mold and mildew when we got there. It was dirty, the hand rail on the front stairs was about to fall off. Several light bulbs were burnt out, several windows couldn't be opened when we got there. The steps on the rear stairs are about to give out. The carpet between the... More

Let me start out by saying our girls cried the morning we were leaving because they didn't want to go. We had a wonderful stay! The family and staff were incredibly sweet and made our stay wonderful. We were the only guests on the ranch that were there for an all-inclusive vacation as it is early in the season which... More

We stayed here for a week. The owners are very accommodating and nice. The cottage we stayed in was nice. It was clean. Loved seeing the horses on the property. And the kids had fun doing an arena ride (they weren't old enough to do a trail ride). They have a little petting zoo that the kids could go down... More

I have just returned from Woodland Park visiting a college roommate of 44 years ago! We booked the 2 hour trail ride, both have and had riding experience. We were fortunate to be the only two riders with Wrangler Ron, which was an Excellent Experience. We were surrounded by nature's beauty, and well informative Wrangler to answer any questions we... Triple B is perfect! We did not stay at the ranch we chose to do a 2 hour horseback riding and it was well worth it! This trail riding is like no other basic trail ride. You are actually challenge to learn to guide your horse throughout a good variety of levels while walking. The ride is nose to tail... More

I really enjoyed my stay here. There are many cats running around and they are so friendly! Be sure to give them some milk, because then you'll have a friend show up at your door often! The horses are in good condition and friendly. You can hand them carrots and they will take it gently, making it a safe place... More

I would discourage anyone to stay here. The cabin we stayed in was extremely dirty!!! We signed up to do a dinner/horseback ride, but due to a lightening storm we ate the dinner at the lodge and did a shorter ride the next morning. We had to clean the bathroom, floors, stove (NASTY), etc. before we could even stay there.... More

I'm sorry for the slow response to your review. I am just now figuring out the ability to respond to our reviews on here. I'm sorry to see that you had such a bad experience at our ranch. I'm sure the storm put a damper on your steak dinner ride plans and that is never good but unfortunately out of... More

After reading some negative reviews, I had to write and remind the "nay sayers" that the ranch is rustic!! We experienced a wonderful stay, with friendly staff members, and awesome sights!!! If you want the Hilton, stay at the Hilton. If you want to experience a ranch, rustic style stay, with awesome sights and amenities, you stay at triple b... More

Trible BBB may love their horses but they do not take care of the facilities. They over-promise and under-deliver. Our cabin, "The Homestead" had two gaping holes in the deck large enough for a leg to drop in to thigh level. One hole was cleverly covered by a welcome mat. Flies are common around horses but they did not bother... More

I'm sorry for the slow response as I am just now figuring out how to respond on here. I'm sorry that you were not pleased with your stay. Before you consider traveling to this beautiful location to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Rocky Mountains, you need to know why you are visiting. This is a rustic, historic horse ranch run by passionate people who love their horses as much as they love their guests. It is not a high end hotel with maids at your beck... More
