The owner is a sweet German lady and very accommodating! Breakfast is exactly like you'd have in Germany, with meats, cheeses, fruit and hard boiled eggs-- and my boyfriend had a decent ham and cheese omelette :) very quiet, good price- we'd stay again!

We enjoyed a wonderful four night stay at the Gasthaus Eichler where we enjoyed the wonderful food, comfortable, quiet, clean rooms and delightful owners. The location is perfect as it is close to shopping and skiing. Do yourself a favor and have dinner in the dining room and make sure to save room for a slice of Black Forest Torte!

This is our favorite ski resort hotel. It's small, cozy, awesome hot tub, and food you just don't find this side of the Atlantic, at least between the coasts. Owners are aging and trying to sell; we hope new owners can maintain the gasthaus' ambiance and menu.
