The wifi, refrigerator, microwave, and TV were free because none of them worked!!!!! And then when I called the office to complain, they hung up on me. Will never do this again... This is no way to run a business. Oh yeah, and the pool was not filled and looked dirty.

I saw a cock roach on my bed and went and bought some bug spray. While spraying the room I moved the fridge and 12 other roaches ran for their life. There was blood on the wall. I asked for a refund and they said no. I went to another hotel even though they wouldn't give me my $950 I... More

Drove from Orlando to Denver during Thanksgiving week for business reasons. Had reserved room a month before at this hotel. Arrived at 3:30 in the a.m., tired and ready for a hot shower and warm bed. The desk clerk not only did NOT have our reservation, he was rude and disrespectful. He treated me as though I were a transient!!..(my... More

Last fall, when i visited the Denver metro area, I stayed at the Best Interstate Inn just off I-70 in west Denver, WheatRidge. While the room was OK, the clientele there is low class. The real objection I have is the fact that the maids will steal from rooms, and the office will do very little, if anything, about it.... More

There's not much to say about this place other than the service is terrible. An example being a remote in the room didn't work, went to the front desk, got another remote, that one didn't work. Went to the front desk and the clerk made a copy of the instructions on how to program the remote and give it to... More

Well this was the single worst experience I have ever had while staying at a hotel. While waiting to move in to my new apartment I stayed at the Best Interstate Inn Wheatridge, CO and it was terrible. The room was not clean upon check in. It looked like someone just left, it really smelled and everything was filthy. There... More

Where do I begin? This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Should have known when after paying for the room the clerk said "no refunds" Dirty, smelly, we didn't even sleep under the blankets for fear of what lurked in the mattress. The shower curtain was stained and the towels were paper thin. Your feet could feel... More

Yean it was hot, it was creepy, and lots of partying. Its a motel, that is to be expected. They do need to do some maintenance. Still not a big deal. What was horrible, was the bathroom and the comforter smelled like pee.

Stayed there 1 night and it was filthy! Kids left alone all day upstairs and never stopped stomping. Parents came home and it continued. Sleep none, cooperation with the front desk, none. Not to mention the trash was overflowing outside with a burned mattress, hmmm. With the subjects there it's no wonder with that bed. You'd think there's a meth... More
