I travel to Denver often to visit my kids. This is where I stay every time! It's nothing special, buts it's priced fairly! The rooms are clean and it meets my needs. Plus it's in a great area to do other activities!

Saw online where the hotel had just undergone a major renovation. The price seemed fine - so I booked it for 3 nights while in town to visit me son who goes to college in Denver. Well, it was STILL being renovated, which just meant there was a mess in the lobby. The room was fine. The grounds were fine.... More

Although the room and the grounds were fairly clean, they lacked any warmth or friendliness. So plan to come but don't plan to hang at the hotel - it lacks personality! The front desk employees weren't very helpful and the breakfast lacked alot, unless you are only into coffee and waffles.

Located in a very convenient location to access shopping or go for a nice walk. Brand new lobby area, pool is nice, breakfast is good. We will be looking to stay here again. There are restaurants and a movie theater near. Highway is easy to get on and off.

My daughter was playing on the floor in our hotel room with some toy cars when she crawls under the table in our room, finds a USED SYRINGE, and puts it in her mouth. We left early vacation's over, spent time in the ER and La Quinta offers nothing, they were so rude and it took 5 minutes of yelling... More

This property has definitely lost it's shine since our last stay about two years ago. While our room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were a number of problems. The blackout curtain was only partly attached and was impossible to close completely, ran out of hot water after the first of us showered, and it was very noisy... More

I appreciate this hotel the most for its low-crime neighborhood feeling among low-storied office park and its low-traffic aspect of suburbia. Chain and big box commerce within less than 3 miles away or closer. Only chain restaurants, not anything ethnic or locavore food. You should inquire if the renovations and construction on the first floor have been completed before you... More

Apon checking in, you will have to pay 250$ cash deposit. If they "think" you've smoked in your room, they will not return your deposit. I did not smoke in my room for fear of losing my deposit. They kept it anyways. Huge inconvenience because I needed that money to pay rent for my apartment that I was going to... More

People below me have commented on the construction but it didn't have that much of an affect on our stay. The staff was great, the room was nice. No complaints at all. Other than the breakfast. I'd suggest eating somewhere else. The eggs were rubber and the bagels were rocks. The "meat" in the gravy was the texture of cat... More
