Found Hunter's Moon on an excellent website for B & Bs near the Eden Project and what a find it proved to be! Must be the best B &B we've stayed in. Superb breakfast every morning. The en-suite bedroom overlooking the wonderful garden was always kept spotlessly clean and tidy and was very quiet and comfortable. Richard is a mine... More

Just home after spending 4 great days at Hunters Moon. Excellent in every way:spotlessly clean, neat and tidy. Really well looked after by Richard and Pauline who provided us with superb breakfasts each day. If you are ever ever in this part of Cornwall this is the only place to stay!!!

A warm and friendly welcome received from Richard and Pauline on our arrival. They kindly helped with our luggage to our room (Poppy) which had a lovely picturesque view overlooking Polgooth village. Our double en-suite was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean and this was maintained throughout our 7-day stay. The breakfasts cooked... More

I have just spent a very enjoyable weekend at Hunters Moon. My room was huge, bright and so comfortable. The standards of housekeeping are exemplary. All the little things are covered from toiletries to tissues and spare blankets to fans.Despite it being a B&B it felt very comfortable and I was made to treat it like home. The breakfast is... Our second visit and we again thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely room and great breakfast. Richard and Pauline are brilliant hosts even remembering from our first visit that Shiela was gluten free and preferred hot water for breakfast! Many thanks to you both. PS For evening meal the Polgooth Inn, just down the road (within easy walking distance), is thoroughly... More

Stayed 3nights late September. We were made very welcome by Richard & Pauline when we arrived. Follow directions on their website and you will find it. Village is small and some of the streets are very narrow, typical Cornwall. We had one of the rooms overlooking their back garden, which was amazing. They must spend hours gardening. The rooms are...
