Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Vail. Quiet, pleasant and helpful staff, and great amenities. We plan to come back to Vail and this will be our choice if they have any openings because right now they are booked through Winter months.

We loved our stay, this was the first time we have visted Vail, and as a family of 4 we still talk 6 months later about this great holiday. The room was amazing, 3 bedrooms with Kitchen, and after hitting the slopes it was just the most comfortable condo to return too. Restaurant and location was brilliant, including the breakfast... We were in Vail to hear the Dallas Symphony perform at Bravo/Vail. We chose the VML because of the workout facility and booked 3 massages each during our six night stay. We also made use of the workout facilities/locker rooms. All were first class- don't miss relaxing in the solarium with herbal teas and complimentary snacks before or after your... More

Thank you for being our guest last week, and for your kind comments about our lodging and Terra Bistro, our signature restaurant. We also appreciate your understanding about the lack of air conditioning, and the "solution" you offered. We continue to search for ways to retrofit a/c into the property, and are always gratified that there are so few persons... More

This hotel has no air conditioning so beware if you go here in the summer. It does not say so on their website or anywhere when you make your reservation. The room is nice and very clean and the staff is very nice as well and they do have a very good restaurant. It is also close to bridge street... More

Thank you so much for your kind comments on the quality of our staff, location, and restaurant! It's true, as one of Vail's iconic lodging properties, we were built before air conditioning was even a thought, and we recognize that there are now a number of visitors who prefer air conditioned accommodations. We continue to explore ways to retrofit a/c... More

Last minute get away for a couple of nights took us to Vail. Went to the visitors center, told them what we were looking for: nice hotel with workout facilities. Went to "Vail on Sale" and had it narrowed down to about 6 places & this lodge was highly recommended. We first had the street side room, but did pay... More

We stayed here for one night and loved it! It is conveniently located right across from the free Vail Village Parking. I suggest parking on the east side, and you should find yourself just about right across the street. This makes it much easier to get luggage in. The hotel is clean, friendly, and a wonderful place to stay. Location... More

I want to first say that this lodge is in a great location in Vail. It is very close to the bus stop, where complementary buses take you all around Vail. Most of the drivers seem to be very pleasant....well almost all of them. The Lodge is right across from a parking structure where parking is free, so do not... More

I am writing a review on the spa not the hotel. I just received a 50 minute facial at the spa. Not only did my esthetician quit 5 minutes early, she left for 5 minutes DURING my facial to go and find some products she thought I needed to purchase. I didn't ask for any products. If I wanted to... More

I travel a lot throughout the year and typically stay at various properties of the big 3's (Starwoods, Marriott & Hilton). This was my first trip to Vail and after doing a lot of research on TA I decided to book a room at VML based on the positive reviews and the prime location. I'm glad that I did. My... More

The best place to stay in Vail. The service was superb, staff were friendly and helpful. Room is beautiful, luxurious, immaculate, and I love the fireplace. Heated bathroom floor. Every detail has been thought about. Each room has a humidifier, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, and the housekeepers refilled the humidifier every day. For budget reasons, I did not have a...
