Stayed in the Westwind condos which are set back a bit so views of the mountain are somewhat limited. But our lodging cost was less than Landmark Towers and much less than Arrabelle. Our condo was a two bedroom with fireplace, deck, kitchen . . . all nicely appointed. I've stayed a number of years at Vail Landmark properties and... More

The general manager was standoffish, not as courteous as we would expect. The staff were not cheerful, and to help us it seemed like a chore. It seemed like they preferred to be back at their computers and desks behind the wall. They use an old-fashioned bell-ringer for guests to get their attention. First time I've seen this in an... Our family has been skiing in Colorado for the past four years. That's just the current generation. Our sons learned to ski in Colorado in the 80s. Now it's time for the grandchildren. Vail Landmark is a great location within steps of the slopes. They have units of many sizes and we prefer three bedrooms with a loft. We have... More

Let me start by saying that I've never written a review before. However after my experience at The Landmark, I felt that I had to. When we first arrived at our unit, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was, UNTIL we went into the room where our daughters were supposed to stay to unpack. It was 77 degrees... More

It's not the most luxurious place in Vail (try the Arrabelle, just across the way or maybe Solaris or The Sebastian in Vail Village) but for the price of a one-bed condo per night it's one of the best situated. It is just steps from Lionshead. The apartment itself seemed quite old but clean and had most things we needed.... More

We just finished our 2nd stay at the Landmark in Vail, Colorado. We LOVE the place. Why? So many reasons: It's within walking distance to the slopes (Eagle Bahn Gondola), even when schlepping skis and poles; there's an adorable General Store in the building - a store we hit several times each day (breakfast, water, dessert, laundry soap, souvenirs, and... This is our first and last visit to the Landmark. The location is great but not all units are created equally. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath unit is in desperate need of a renovation. The furniture if old, broken and very drab. There are very few dishes for a family of 5 and the few in the unit are chipped. The... More

Loved Loved Loved the location. We were a 5 minute walk to the gondola, Born Free, which is definitely doable with full gear on. They had lockers downstairs for us to keep our skis and poles which was super convenient. They had a heated pool and three hot tubs which was also great. The grounds crew kept the pool area... More

Dear bennypm, here at Destination Resorts Vail, we thrive to ensure that our guests have the best experience, pre-arrival and especially while in house. My greatest apologize as you feel you did not receive this treatment. As for the curtain replacements, due to the blinds being pulled down during your occupancy, an outside company had to be hired to replace... More

In the past have always stayed at The Vantage which is a sister property of Destination Resorts Vail. Vantage units have always been well maintained and upgraded. This visit upgraded ??? to a 3 bedroom unit in the Landmark Condos. Great location but that is the only good thing about this unit. The unit was worn out and dirty. Furniture... More
