This was our third stay at the Racquet Club. Once was for a suberb wedding in the summer. Each time we have visited we have had a cozy condo with all the amenities. We especially like the fire place with wood provided. There is a stream that runs through the property, a heated pool, tennis courts and a staff that... more

We stayed at the racquet club in feb this year for a week during the ski season. We (four of us) rented an apartment and found the accommodation to be really comfortable and cosy. Not huge but certainly enough space for all of us to vege out in the evening after long says on the slopes. The club itself is... more

We spent 2 nights at the Vail Raquet Club. Our unit was very nice, although not as close to the pool, hot tub and bus stop as we would have liked. My biggest complaint was the nonchalance of the managerial staff to the stealing of my pricey sunglasses--apparently by the housekeeping staff. I left my sunglasses on the coffee table,... more

This place is a dump. To start things off there is no internet available anywhere, the super 8 down the road has wireless! The kitchen hasn't seen a repair or an upgrade since it was built in the 70's. Oh yeah...I almost forgot the best part! I got a rash from the hot tub! After a chat with one of... more

Vail, Colorado is definitely a dream for every skier, this popular resort consistently hits the top of folks' lists for best ski area while at the same time taking hits for being too pricey and over hyped. The Vail Racquet Club is the perfect answer and already an insider tip for every Vail visitor. Vail Racquet Club is only a... more

We stayed at the Vail Racquet Club last week and really enjoyed it. The only negative to the VRC is the need to use buses if you don't have a car. The VRC is on the East Vail bus route. It was quite an ordeal to get to the grocery store. The nearby Sims Market is not much more than... more

We stayed here for four nights over Presidents' Day weekend in a 2 BR/2BA with a loft with 2 additional single beds. The unit itself was nice, roomy, and very functional. Highlights included a wood stove, large deck and grill which we did not use. Management supplied us with wood and fire starter free of charge. The facilities were the... more

I recently stayed here with a large school group and thought the rooms were very spacious and nice, the kitchens are stocked and the service was excellent. It's a perfect place for a family. However I thought it was way too far from the mountain, and if you can spend the extra bucks or are happy with a smaller place,... more

Amazing stay for a beautiful wedding at the Vail Racquet Club! Gorgeous grounds, wonderful staff, amazing views of a waterfall and mountains (and the river!). Would recommend anyone to stay there, am already trying to plan a group ski trip for the winter there. Definitely ask about the hiking trails in the area (several great ones, including one to the... more

The issue with this accomodation is that the name is misleading and when you call for a reservation that may not tell up they are in East Vail which may be a problem is you wish to be closer to the things going on in Vail. If you are willing to drive then this may not be an issue. more
