This resort has all the things the family loves. Additional free parking for visitors; friendly shuttle (with wine) into Vail proper; huge indoor hot tub with heated outdoor pool - this area was just redone; Local Joe's pizza is right on site; friendly staff and for the early birds a lounge area with coffee/hot chocolate, papers and internet so they... This is our home resort so we visit every year. This year we were pleasantly surprised with the improvements. The hot tub area had been completely redone. It was also very clean. The tub was a great temperature and the pool was warm enough to enjoy outdoors in the sunshine. The locker rooms had also been redone. Most of the... More

Vail Run will absolutely not let you check in before 4:00 pm. When we checked in we were told that we would have to pay $50 if we wanted to park inside. I had no idea that they charged for inside parking for exchange guests. Only owners can park for free inside. They gave us a pass to park temporarily... More

The Vail Run was comfortable and fully set up for you to spend a week and only need to bring your food. The suite had everything we needed for a comfortable week's stay, everything from pasta strainer to hot pads, from a refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, etc. to a big screen TV , DVD, etc. All all you bring is... It was a time share not a hotel nd we loved it. It was quiet and well taken care of with lots of extras. The staff was very helpful. It was close to both villages at Vail. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Friends of ours gave us their timeshare for the week, so we were grateful and really didn't have any expectations coming in. Check in was a breeze when we arrived late in the evening, and the private parking garage was a nice perk, especially with a sleeping toddler and all the luggage and groceries we were bringing for the week.... This resort located just north of I70 is dated but adequate. It is well located as long as you have a car, a mile from the grocery and two miles from Vail village or Lionshead, the free resort shuttle does not run in the summer. The two major complaints which we had were no air conditioning and the single lift... More

We spent a week in this resort as a time share exchange. We came here after spending a week in Breckenridge in another time share that was pretty horrible. Imagine our surprise when we walked into a very spacious two story condo. It's considered a one bedroom loft with the living room and kitchen on the first floor and the... More

We were concerned after seeing all the reviews. But we had already booked the place so we decided to go. We had two rooms one facing 70 and one on the other side. The room facing 70 was noisy but we all were able to sleep. The fans kept the rooms very cool. We had a great time at the... More

This resort was clean and decent. It is dated, but we are laid back and just wanted it to be comfortable. Overall, it was. The mattresses were VERY uncomfortable. The staff were not rude, but they surely didn't go out of their way to be nice-very laid back. We did enjoy the pizza place downstairs where the staff was very... More
