I really enjoyed my stay here! The atmosphere is perfect for the holidays. The accomodations are spectacular and the service is unbeatable. I really appreciate this company for the outstanding service. The rooms are well kept and the bed is comfortable. I would recommend this location for any family gathering. Spago is also delicious - definitely make reservations for dinner... More

We enjoyed our 2nd visit to RCV. We spent 5 nights in a 3 bedroom suite. The service from the staff is phenomenal. Everyone from the check in, ski shuttle, valet to Vail village and the one and only LINDSEY, our concierge, the service here is A-1. We were in suite 529 with a great view of the pool area... More

Being the Ritz, the accommodations are absolutely amazing. I went for four days on an annual work ski trip. The past years we were at the Four Season Vail that I have as my benchmark for ratings on hotels in Vail. The problem with the property is the overall property management and service. At check in, there was a mistake... More

This place is amazing. Rooms are BEAUTIFUL… So well appointed and spacious. The staff is phenomenal, really there to help in any way they can. One night we got take out and the restaurant forgot the salad dressing and sparkling water, and our lovely concierge came to the room within 15 minutes with both:)) They are is house keeping twice... My husband and I traveled to Vail with another couple in mid-February for a long weekend of skiing. We chose the Ritz Residences because we wanted to stay in a luxury resort and we thought the prices were reasonable compared to other resorts in Vail. I was a bit skeptical because there are not any photos of the Ritz Residences... More

We just got back from a great stay at the Ritz Carlton. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath property. The place was decorated fantastic with all the high end finishes that you would expect, it was over 2,000 sq ft. We were walking distance to Lionshead, so that was convenient. But not a walk that you would... More

We stayed at a 2 bedroom for 9 days. I would say that the place was surface clean and that it was good but dark. The shuttle is better than upper village in Whistler but still a pain. There's a lot of confusion about where you can be picked up in the village and where you can't. Made us late... More

The overall experience was good / not great. The staff mostly were terrific and tried to be gracious and attentive. The accommodations were small, dark and old fashioned - we were expecting better taste. the entire place felt like a builder's house with quite poor detailing. There was not even enough room in our 2 bdrm unit to move around... More

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Club Vail in a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath property from December 22- December 26, 2013 and had a fabulous time!!! We arrived early Sunday morning, before check in so that we could get signed into ski school. After our day on the slopes, we arrived to our suite to find the bags had... More

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time! The property is not a hotel but a vacation club so not quite up to Ritz Carlton hotel standards but very close. We were treated wonderfully by all the staff and while we were there on a promotion to see the property, at no time did anyone... More
