The Lodge at Vail is excellent resort, exelent position to slopes and skii lifts. Rooms are de luxe. Spa is one the bet wich I see at mountins hotels. Service staf at restoran is not the best. More

First time visit to the Lodge at Vail was absolutley nothinmg short of Excellent. Great location, the entire staff was warm , courteous - EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! Deluxe room is small. We were offered 3 rooms: one adjacent to lobby, one next to elevator, and one next to stairs. None had any view whatsoever. Our room was extremely loud and I am a deep sleeper. They did not have our reservation in the system but were very accommodating with our group of 10 individuals and offered a presidential suite upgrade.
