The Four Season Hotel Vail is outstanding. However the staff is too and can recommend the best places white water raft, fly fish and pick the best of the best places in Vail Village. Also the hotel pool and spa are first class! We will be back!

I am pleased to hear our Concierge Team was helpful in recommending summer activities in the Vail Valley, as well as places to dine. Our pool and spa are definitely showpieces of the Resort, so glad to hear you enjoyed them! Sincerely, Jim Guttau Director of Public Relations More

For many years I have been a fan of the Four Seasons brand. I would normally choose FS over hotels because of the consistency of service and the quality of the properties. This is the first occasion when I have felt let down. Don't get me wrong, the property is clean and reasonably well appointed but just leaves me cold.... More

This is a wonderful place to stay right in Vail. They have a new manager named Mark Herron. He has been a Four Seasons manager at Whistler mtn, Santa Barbara and Houston. His style can already be seen in the attitude of all the staff top to bottom. The rooms are very nice and classic Four Seasons standard. Check in... More

Greetings, I am glad to hear you met our new general manager, Mark Herron! We are quite excited to have him, as he brings his "mountain expertise" from Whistler! Also glad to hear you had a good experience at our Fireside Lounge and Flame Restaurant. Chef Jason Harrison is bringing back iconic steakhouse classics with his new menus, so I'm... More

We travel often for pleasure. My husband, myself and our then 6-month-old stayed at the Four Seasons-Vail last July for a week. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and planned to return to the Four Seasons again this year. Unfortunately, there were no openings during the time we were coming out to Vail so we decided to try the Sebastian. I stopped... More

We just got back from Vail and had an amazing time thanks to the staff. I had been concerned about traveling given that I have to sterilize my daughter's bottles but the staff immediately brought up a microwave and a refrigerator for my milk. When I had to catch a ride to the grocery store, the hotel promptly offered me... More

We visited Vail as we me and my wife and daughter wanted to try something new. I had high hopes as it was our first time staying in a Four Seasons Resort. I have stayed with the Ritz Carlton brand and felt it would be hard to match the level of quality resort and service that brand has to offer... More

We appreciate your feedback on your recent stay at Four Seasons Resort Vail! I am especially pleased to hear how our staff went above and beyond to accommodate your needs--something we do consistently. And glad the altitude sickness remedy worked, as that can ruin a trip! I have passed along your pool comment to our Food & Beverage department; it's... More

We visited Vail for family getaway over the 4th of July. The town parade was very charming and the resort was dog friendly, which is important to us. We stayed in one of the guest residences and received an upgrade upon our arrival. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Do you know what the word complementary means? Well the Four Seasons doesn't. When we checked out, I had a daily room charge of $40. When I asked what this was, I was told (by someone at the front desk) this is for the complementary WiFi, complementary coffe in the lobby, and access to the hotel van. While the hotel... More

Four Seasons Vail is now up to par with the all other four Seasons! My wife and I stayed 4 nights in late March, and skied every day. Previous reviews complained about this resort not providing the service equal to other Four Seasons. I believe they now do it right! The level of service and professionalism provided to us by... We arrived late after a long work and travel day and were exhausted after driving from the airport, but we were greeted by the most bubbly doormen and our moods lifted immediately. All the staff were helpful and friendly, I even emailed the hotel concierge before our arrival to inquire about white water rafting trips and hiking trails. They emailed... More
