We spent 3 nights at the Four Seasons in Vail the week of the 4th. While not quite up to the standards of some of the other Four Seasons we have stayed at (e.g., the Hawaii properties), we had a great stay and would definitely return. The hotel is beautiful and the location, while not as close to the mountain... More

Just got back from a 4 night stay at The Four Seasons in Vail Village. Our experience at the hotel was perfect. The hotel is comfortable and casual with a ski lodge/mountain decor feel. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a double sink, a stand alone bathtub, separate shower, and... More

First of all it is a nice property and the room is definitely Four Seasons. The maid was terrific and they provided a little tent for our 6 year old to sleep in. Very cool. Now the not so Four Seasons stuff. Restaurant service was spotty and we were seated in the early morning by an open door,. When we... More

My husband I stopped here on a whim, actually, and we were very glad we did. The hotel had a nice view and the service was fantastic. The hotel decor was a little bit dated, but at the same time, still felt very special. The service in all areas was great, and we will definitely be going back.

Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at the Four Seasons this past weekend. From the time they open your car door for you to enter the resort until the time they open your car door for you to leave the service was beyond amazing. We havd a King room with a beautiful garden view. We really enjoyed the balcony and I loved... More

We have stayed there before and once again Mr. Herron has great people to assist the guest and make the stay memorable. The hotel is in a great setting with a beautiful pool on the back side. The bar is hopping and a great place to watch the World Cup games

We visited in Vail at the end of May. Made the reservation months ago on hotel's website. The whole process of reservation by internet is very heavy and does not give you the possibility to make changes, that forced us to call the hotel ,it was annoying due to the difference in time and also to the fact that in... My husband and I have stayed at other Four Seasons Hotels. This Four Seasons is definitely sub par compared to all the others. From the moment you walk in until you leave the worst service and food around. The reservation was made through American Express Platinum Travel. We were booked for 2 nights, decided to stay one. The reception staff... More

We were lucky enough to stay here for a wedding and it was all that one would expect from a Four Seasons. It was so lovely and the spa and pool were great places to relax. This is a super hotel. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. Go into town for that.
