By far the nicest place to stay in Vail. So convenient to everything. The hotel is immaculate. The service is exceptional. The location is perfect. Close to golf, shopping, hiking.... everything. Did not need to rent a car. Concierge extremely helpful with dining and activity plans.

Had a blast visiting the Four Seasons in Vail. Didn't stay in the hotel but spent alot of time on the property and in the lounge. Although the styling could use some updating, the drink/food selection and service were outstanding. My wife especially enjoyed the deluxe hot chocolate which is an experience everyone should have --- they have a special... More

My wife and I just returned from a fabulous four day vacation at the Four Seasons Resort in Vail. Everything about this hotel is first class. The friendliest staff we have ever encountered. My wife and I had never been to Vail before. In preparation for our trip I spoke with the concierge staff multiple times asking for a list... More

We used to stay at Sonnenalp . This year we decided to try the Four Seasons which was built 4 years ago. I reserved via American Express as this hotel is part of their special program and the guests are then given extras: 50 dollars credit per day for breakfast, 100 dollars worth of food for the stay and a... My husband and I just returned from a 4-day, 3-night stay at the Four Seasons Resort in Vail, and it was almost...*almost* perfect! First of all: the accommodations. Sincerely perfect in every way, for us. We had a king room with a mountain view. The room was very spacious, the bed comfortable with the requisite huge pillows, the closet well-lit... More

I gave the benefit of doubt to management, which told me during my stay on July 4th last year, to visit another time on a less busy weekend which I did recently. It is the Four Seasons and the rooms, valet, staff are generally great. However, I had the same issues with the very small pool area after hiking all... More

Stayed for three nights with the family. Had booked a regular room but the front desk surprised us by upgrading us to the 3-bedroom condo. We were heart-broken we had to leave! Staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive - they genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. At the same time, no one seemed like they had their hand... More

We had a nice stay, until we left. Relatively new building. Service staff were largely clueless and wait times for food or drinks were long even in off season. The pool was very nice, salt water and warm. But, the evening we left my son of age 9 months began coughing like whooping cough. My 2 sons under the age... More
