I spent 4 nights Feb 5-9 at the lionshead inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I will definitely come back next year. More

My boyfriend and I only were able to ski and stay in Vail for a day. We found a pretty good deal on expedia for the Lionshead Inn. When we were checking Inn the guy at the front desk saw we were only staying for a day and thought that because of this we needed to have an upgraded room,... More

Don't pay too much attention to the bad reviews. This is a very decent dollar value option for Vail Village. Yes some of the room are "dated" - however it is clean and the rooms where large enough to disrobe quickly - throw your clothes on the sofa- and make it down to the hot tub. The people working there... More

Great staff, free parking, free shuttle service, clean rooms at the base of the Lion Head gondola. If your looking for luxury this is not the resort but if you are looking for grand affordability in Vail this is your hotel. More

We stayed the MLK weekend at Lionshead Inn and basically, as the night manager told me, "You get what you pay for - That's why Lionshead is the best value in the valley." The positives: inexpensive, very short walk to the gondola, and next to a bus stop to take you to Vail Village. This is all great especially after... More

I look no other place when I decide to ski in Vail. The Lionshead inn is an easy walk to Shops at Lionshead Village, Ski Rental Shops, and Eagle Bahn Gondola. You can store your skis and boots in the basement and enjoy free wifi. The concierge and staff are very welcoming and will help you understand anything you might... More

My boyfriend and I took a last minute snowboard trip from Denver to Vail last weekend. We searched all over sites, and couldn't see spending a ridiculous amount of money for one night, and I stumbled across this place, which had decent reviews. The online rate was $99 for a King room in "the Annex" which is the older building.... More

I have been going to Vail 3-4 times per year for 10 years. I have tried many other places. For the location, price, amenities and helpful staff, Lionshead Inn is the only place that I stay. I stay here whether with the kids or with friends. It is steps away from Gondola, shops, restaurants and Garfinkels. Why spend 3-4x as... More
