Calling the Cascade Resort reservations I reached a very helpful and accommodating agent named Sally. I told her I was wanting to come to Vail for a couple of days to get out of the heat of the city. She was able to secure a fantastic rate very competitive for the summer season. Upon arriving at the hotel we were... More

We stayed here for 3 days and absolutely loved it. The staff members we interacted with were extremely helpful. Jonathan, who checked us in, was unfailingly friendly and welcoming each time we saw him during our stay. Jarod, our bellman, was equally friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony that overlooked Gore Creek. It was delightful to sit there... More

We needed a mountain stopover on our way to Utah and Hotwire found us this place in Vail. The rooms are well appointed and spacious, the beds comfortable. On arrival we requested a room facing the river (many of the rooms face a busy/noisy courtyard/valet parking area). The sound of the river at night was awesome (as was the cool... More

We decided to stay here when we were planning a trip to Denver and my husband received a buy one get one free offer from Vail Cascades. It was just too good to pass up. So we prepaid a kingsize bed for two nights. We had both visited this property before because we've had massages at the Aria Spa which... More

On my first visit since staying at Cascade 5 years ago, I was delighted to see that it was even more beautiful than I remembered. Gorgeous gardens and grounds. Salt swimming pools and spa. Organic, non-allergenic room amenities. Location on Gore Creek is sublime. My husband and I took advantage of a two-room-nights-for-one promotion offering, arriving on Sunday and checking... More

We enjoyed our stay at Vail Cascades. We were offered to upgrade to a suite for $40 at night. My only complaint is that the windows were small and there was no balcony despite the amazing views of Gore Creek and the mountains. We rented bikes at the resort - $20 for one adult and one child for an hour.... More

Every time my wife and I make our summer trip to Vail, we stay here. If you don't mind taking the cascade shuttle to Lionshead or Vail village, this hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but a quick ride to it all. The aria spa attached to the hotel is a little expensive, but worth it once the... More

I must admit, after reading the reviews I was disappointed when we first arrived. The hotel seems outdated for Vail. Our room had been updated, but our patio looked like something a inexperienced handyman built. The rest of the hotel gave me flash backs to the 70s. However, as the week continued my appreciation of this place grew tremendously. The... More

I purchased this on Hotwire and was very wonderfully surprised. The staff was excellent and the spa was the best part. It's connected to Aria Spa - with huge spa area/locker room with steam room, hot tub, etc. The pools were all really clean, and at night they even showed a "swim n' flick" movie in the pool for the kids.... Dear Kate, Glad to hear you enjoyed your Colorado mountain getaway! We love having guests come up from Denver, especially with the temperatures so high in the Front Range. We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed our spa (currently it’s ranked the #2 spa in America!), our children’s activities (hopefully they enjoyed the free s’mores too!) and our customer service. We...
